I had written review yesterday with all good intentions, However I have now had to ask for Refund as Im only now aware that the Sandals I ordered are from China. So very dissapointed as I needed this for upcoming Vacation and the reviews are horrendous with customers waiting up to 6 weeks. Do not order from them as I was blindsided and will have to go through Bank for my Refund

If I could award no stars I would! Horrendous quality and the items bear no resemblance to the 'picture'. I ordered two different sizes and they are exactly the same. A dreadful waste of £75. Please do not be fooled by the misleading advert or buy from this company.

Don’t order from this company unless you definitely will keep the item! It’s not hassle free returns & you have to pay to return the items to USA at your cost!! They are a UK front company & nothing on their website advising of this , their service is appalling afterwards ,

This company is appalling
This company is appalling.
I found orthopaedic sandels on this site that I needed due to a foot injury.
The website states there is a store in Brighton which is why I picked it.
On receiving tracking details, it showed they were being sent from china. When I queried this with the company, they were very dismissive and vague.
After some research I found that not only is there not an actual store - the address takes you to a hotel. The phone number is fake. And the shoes I had ordered are from Temu.
The website states hassle free returns. You have to email them to ask to return and they refuse to allow it, just keep offering a discount on your next purchase with them.
In the end I contacted the bank and explained the issue and emailed averylanebrighton stating I had done this. I received a quick response- the other responses had taken around 24 hours. They said I shouldn’t contact the bank as I received the item and it can take months to investigate but finally sent me a return address that I would have to pay for which was in America, so supposedly U.K. based but items arrive from china and return address is America.
The bank took an hour to refund me!
Stay clear of this site and don’t use it.
