I ask simply - why your bank charge me 5 euro for my two account if i have just one visa card ?
Why if i have Bo Cyprus app - and i operate my what ever money i have - and do not being serve for years face to face - why you charge me ????
The ATM which they have are not fully opearted.
The same time they advertising to open bank account with them no manageable fee, and is link with visa card.
So the are really treat no correct their customer.
I am sure they do not understand the paradox which they are creating.

I cannot thank enough Panayiotis Panayiotou and his 2 x lady assistants in the central Larnaca branch, who showed us such kindness and compassion in helping us open a bank account at such short notice. They were very professional and assisted us at every stage of the process. I cannot recommend them and the Bank of Cyprus enough. Rude and disinterested staff.
Having used Bank of Cyprus for over 20 years for our buildings and contents insurance, they suddenly decided that they no longer want to offer cover for flood, earthquake, fire etc.
The person we are dealing with is rude and disinterested. We moved our insurance to another provider as a result of this shocking lack of customer care.
Very helpful
Very helpful, I needed a car loan and house loan and they offer that with good pricing and interest rate. My account manager is very helpful and always there to help me when I call her.

I have been cooperating with Bank of Cyprus for many years and whenever an issue occurred they were really helpful. Also they are upgrading their products from time to time and their procedures as well.

Can't get international transfers to work
I think the Bank of Cyprus is fine for things like utility payments within Cyprus. When trying to transfer money out of Cyprus, it is a whole different story. We have a joined account and are requested to show up together at a Bank of Cyprus office to enable transfers to our bank in the UK. That is not of this day and age, there must be a smarter way to do this.
An absolute horror, among the worst organizations in Cyprus
Services are absolutely terrible, staff is not trained, they simply do not care about doing their job, they are stuck in a government employee mindset. They have no respect for the customers. Their processes and procedures are stuck in the past century, they are a heavy and old mind organization. On the very rare occasions when I need them, they just give me a very hard time every single time, they are not capable nor willing to assist. They are unreliable and they don't know what they are doing. They play ping pong sending the customer from one department to another, as if they are different organizations. They need 3-4 mths or more to reply to a complaint. An absolute horror!

I had to borrow the money in my account from someone else to pay the rent for my apartment.
I still see the error message from within the bank app.
It has been more than 1 week now and I have visited and called the Limassol branch many times but the answer I received from them was: there is nothing we can do and the Nicosia branch has to confirm.
My account is blocked.
I have provided complete documents.
Please check and put me out of my worries.

My account was hacked again today, Monday, for the third time since Friday.
I will change banks as soon as possible.
I couldn't log in and had to generate a new passcode for the third time since Friday.
The attacks are all coming from South Africa. I don't know who is behind them, but the bank is incompetent. It seems like any amateur can access my account.
A low quality high charges bank
A banking institution steeped in the clouds of history. Poor service, low quality and extremely high charges. A classic dinausor that will be re-intermediated and will be led to extinction. Tragic!
Terrible service
Most terrible services ever I faced, my CC is not working at all. Cannot use my card to withdraw cash, pay or transfer. Been on touch all day and they just said that card should work, no one do anything. Will definitely change bank. SHAME!!! So unprofessional!!!
crazy fees
Started a company on Cyprus and was recommended this Bank by the Cyprus company who sold me the company. ( new start up) l started 2 accounts, bussiness and private, was going to move contracts over to the Cyprus start up later this Fall, put 2.500 Euro in, after 9 weeks they taken 500 Euro in absolutely ridiculous fees! ( some exaples, 6.5 % transfer fee on the only payment done from my cyprus account to another cyprus account, 50 E a month for low activity fees on both accounts, 50 E amonth for "maintenance fee" on both accounts, 25 E a month for card fees, etc,etc,etc....when l read about other none Cyprus citizens horror fees from this bank, lm very happy to know that l didnt put enough money in to be hit by their 500 Euro "insurence fee"!!! But, in order to have a business in Cyprus you have to have a Cyprus rip off bank account to pay your social & taxes. Just make sure to have 2 bank accounts on your company , one in a normal bank out side of Cyprus where you keep your larger amounts. You need to understand that they see no difference between a drunk hotel tourist and a tax tourist enjoying their non-dom tax ruels, you're fair game 24/7 every where in Cyprus! just understand it and work arround it!
Onerous a/c opening process The online account opening application…
The online account opening application does not work. The branches seem to be too process oriented with a view to get rid of the customer. The information requirements seem too onerous. This is a classic example why customers, especially the younger generations will most likely open account with more flexible, tehlcnology prone, online banks.

I have contacted the call center agent today waited formore than 10 minutes. When the agent answered I explained the problem to my new phone and use my old phone again which Huawei Y7 at the moment but during our conversation the line cut off. And i called them back again and waited a little while and it rings then the rings cut off. So im asking here why they cut it off? I know they seeing my number on the system. I've been with this bank for more than twenty years, and over the past few as their systems have become more and more automated the customer service has become worse and worse.
Many of the automated functions on their systems do not work correctly - and it is impossible to get technical support in a timely manner. (I just waited 6 days - and had to send another message to ask for another update on an issue that has been open for weeks, And was then told in a forthright manner that I'd been called - Which I had not, I have no records of a 357 missed call)
And when you do finally speak to customer service - As in a sketch I once thought comical - Even when Bank of Cyprus are obviously in the wrong, - their customer service answer is; 'The computer say's NO'.
