We had a bad experience at the Evesham branch so was reluctant to use baylis so we went to the Gloucester branch and from the moment we went into the shop to the time we picked up our new car the customer service was excellent Dan who dealt with us was brilliant thank you extremely happy with our new car 😃

Brilliant customer service from Oli in Gloucester. Listened to what we needed and gave us the time and energy needed to make us feel important.
Obviously we’re in no rush to get a new car again for some time but will definitely look to come here again now. Would highly recommend.

Nathan was extremely helpful and thorough in guiding me through the process in the purchase of my car . He made everything clear and answered all of my questions. So much so that I took my friend into see him and few days later and she too purchased a car.

Bought a second had car from a subsidiary of Baylis. Blackpole Trade and Save sincedefunct. They looked professional. We trusted them. 10 months later and after 3 major mechanical problems, we have to give up and leave it as a write off.
5000 pounds down the drain.
And, following Baylis comments, yes Blackpole was part of the Baylis group before it ceased trading. Just have a look at the Blackpole site and it sends you back to Baylis. I understand from a Director at Baylis to whom I complained unsuccessfully about the second incident that staff had been redeployed in other subsidiaries of the Baylis Group of which it was part when we bought the car. I had a long email discussion with this Mr Robbins. No Baylis cannot wash its hand of what happened at Blackpole. From what I see of the comments, it's the same corporate culture.

Took my car into the Hereford branch for tyre replacement and the a following visit due to some warning lights/ faults appearing on the dash. Both times I was met with David who was very professional polite and welcoming and also reassuring. I know nothing about cars except the fact that my car (also purchased from the same dealership previously) is my livelihood and one of my cherished positions. David explained everything in simple terms for me to understand and was very patient with my questions which he answered very knowledgably. A testament to your team.

On arrival I met George and asked for keys to have a look at a car I'd picked out. A test drive soon followed, then back to the dealership to look through the options. In all about 2 hrs and I'd bought a car. Delivered Monday morning first thing as promised. Overall a good experience so far.

The members of staff I dealt with were very helpful and, despite it being a very busy time for them with my visit coinciding with the imminent new car registration date, they allowed me ample time to consider matters such as trade in value for my old car and 'extras options'.

Very pleased with our purchase. The car was presented to us in an immaculate condition, newly MOT'd and serviced. The salesman, Sven, was very helpful and courteous. The only downside was that we had arranged to collect the car at 14.00 pm and it was not ready until 2 hours later, which meant that we had to find a way of filling up the time since we were already on our way when we were informed of the delay. Apart from this, we were very pleased with our experience.

Both very, very helpful and going above and beyond, to give me a great service. So much so, that I drove out of the compound this morning, in my new car, a very happy bunny.
