We first made enquiries at Baileys

We first made enquiries at Baileys, very impressed with Gary the salesman, but said that we had only just started looking. We loved the Corsa and decided over the weekend that we wouldn’t go any further and put a reservation on the car. Gary was on holiday so as soon as he returned we met up with him and did the deal, he was so helpful explaining all the details of the car new to me. We collected it a few days later and I am delighted with my new car.

Friendly and very efficient Service…

Joe was very helpful

Joe was very helpful, understanding and supportive, on Thursday when I test drove car. He also had the car available on Monday 23rd which was perfect.

Matt Booth is a very genuine honest…

Matt Booth is a very genuine honest person who dealt with everything professionally. He showed his vast knowledge having answers for all my questions. I purchased a 23 plate Vauxhall Grandland Ultimate which at 2.5 years old showed a few scuffs and scraps which I highlighted to Matt, he made notes and when I collected the car all work I highlighted was immaculate.
At no point did Matt try the hard sell, as this can often be off putting, Matt wanted me to purchase the right car for me, which I got.
I marked 4 out of 5 as I would have liked to have gotten a few more pounds off the asking price as everyone probably does.
From an experience point of view dealing with Matt it would be 5 out of 5.
I would definitely use Vauxhall in Worcester again. Thank you Matt for your assistance. Russ

I AM ABSOLUTLY SHOCKED!!!!

Why we didn't use Vauxhall before, very happy with our Combo EV it ticks all the boxes, Craig was spot on, straight to the point and honest. The manager of the dealership also cam to talk to us and make sure everything was comfortable..... as well as a personal video of the vehicle everything was outstanding :)

From walking onto the Worcester…

From walking onto the Worcester forecourt, Salesman Joe Lee was Outstanding. He introduced himself and was an absolute delight throughout, showing me round the car, offering a test drive which I gladly accept, and completing the sale while providing answers to all my questions.
