From walking onto the Worcester forecourt, Salesman Joe Lee was Outstanding. He introduced himself and was an absolute delight throughout, showing me round the car, offering a test drive which I gladly accept, and completing the sale while providing answers to all my questions. I am so happy with my new car and the excellent service that I have received. Thank you Joe.

Not the best buying experience. The salesperson left between buying and collecting the car. As a result I had to chase up the agreed fixes that were agreed but not completed by the time I arrived to collect the car.
Due to salespersons error a balance of £4 was still left to pay. rather than zero off the balance, I was asked to pay. The agreed full tank of fuel on buying was not delivered and in the invoice I was charged £30 for fuel ?? The sales price on the car was the price I expected to negotiated down from, yet you apply a £99 admin fee. When collecting the car I had to sit and watch the salesperson do the admin.
Sat nav system was not fixed before I collected, being advised I'd have to come back so it could go to the dealer as they have the specialist equipment. Later that evening I was able to find the software upgrade, download this and install onto the car.
Overall not a great experience. the only a action delivered on was a £2 parcel shelf clip. Pretty much sums up the experience. spend as little as you can and leave the rest to the customer.

Having initial confusion over weather the service was done or not at the branch I purchased the car from as no stamp in book and failed to reply to phone calls I visited my local baylis suzuki at Staverton who were exemplary in their help and confirmed service and the activated warranty also stamped book up to date 10/10 its just a pity the selling branch did not return my calls so the issue could have been easily sorted out! confidence in baylis suzuki now restored by the glos Staverton branch

Ben Honey was calm, kind and thorough after having an horrendous experience at another garage, the purpchase of a 2018 plate Astra went through beautifully with transparent details and voluntarily sharing information about the car. This is the 3rd car I've bought from Bayliss and would likely go back to them again.
