James the salesman at Baylis, Stroud was excellent

James the salesman at Baylis, Stroud was excellent. He is a warm and friendly person, who puts you at ease straight away. It was a bit more than we originally wanted to spend, but James reassured us that the car we bought was very good and reliable.
The sale went through quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him.

Jay, Mokka Ultimate

The man that dealt with us I believe Jay was amazing, talked us through everything, Recommended things he thought was necessary and not just to get more money, worked around my budget and was really patient.

Even delivered the spare keys, we all forgot.

Great people to do business with

The whole business from choosing a car to the trade in on our old car went very smoothly. Craig and John were very professional and very helpful in all matters. Plenty of Tea and Coffee while go through all the detail's and paperwork . All sown up and sorted quickly, the car had already been checked over so it was already for a pickup after the final paperwork next day ! Great people to do business with, we will definitely be back when our next car is due for replacement! Can’t recommend Craig enough.

Just bought a first car for my eldest

Just bought a first car for my eldest. Baylis were fantastic. Couldn't do enough. The car was reasonably priced as any other garage but provided such amazing customer service. I feel confident the car will be taken care of if we have any issues. And that's something money can't buy when buying a used car. Emily was so good at communicating every step of the deal. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

A company that cares..😊

Choosing the right car was a very stressful time for me, but Ben at Baylis took the time to answer all my questions, give me as much information as I needed, and reassured me on any worries I had. At no point did I feel that he was just trying to 'get a sale' but genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my choice. Really good service and I love my new car! ❤️

Professional service

They explained our options well and were very patient with us. There were excellent choices available and we were very happy to continue our loyalty to Suzuki. They sales team were polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Joe, from the Staverton Branch was particularly helpful and explained everything we asked him. We have been using the service centre at this branch for some time and would highly recommend Suzuki sales and service.
