Great value and quality

Excellent kamado bbq, really great quality and delivered extremely quickly. Kamado midi plus accessories arrived well packaged on a pallet and the customer service for delivery updates were excellent. Also not to mention, great price for a high quality product.

The order process was easy and delivery was on the date identified. However it was recommended to use the app Shop to track order, but this didn’t work. Also, when the order was delivered, the delivery man left it in the front of the house and said he couldn’t get it through the gate. This wasn’t the case, as we did manage to get it through. As a result of the bbq being so heavy, this caused a temporary difficulty to us as we had to engage the help of friends to move it to the back of the house.

Product arrived swiftly and was well packaged. I did worry if the stone heat deflectors included maybe be broken in transit but they were not. Third purchase from this company and each one has been excellent.

Good service, good product

We tried the wholewheat mixed dough as a healthier alternative. It was easy to use, and worked brilliantly. We couldn't tell the difference between this and 'normal' pizza. Some of my family 'borrowed' some dough and they loved it too, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

Easy to order, quick to deliver and the price was right.

Very little commication but I can forgive that, as everything else was perfect and as advertised. My son love his Kamado BBQ and accessories.

Excellent service very happy with the product I received

Ordered their Kamado X Classic along with a few bits, I tried ti order just as the January sale ended and the code was disabled but still displayed on their site, so when I contacted them to question this they happily still provided the advertised sale discount which was their first effort of great service.

Secondly, for some reason I never got a shipping notification from the delivery company to tell me when the item was arriving, after quickly contacting them they replied super fast with the details. Another effort from them for great service.

Finally I managed to find time to unpackaged and build the kamado the packaging was great and the product looks fantastic I did notice the wooden dome handle had some deep scratches in, again contacted them regarding the matter and they promptly responded saying a replacement had been sent out which arrived the next.

Not had a chance to fully test the product yet but it looks fantastic and with the level of customer service I have received so far I'm very confident should any future issues arrive they will be more than happy to help.
