2021 I bought my ottoman bed with bedhive and now it's in the bin. £600 spent for a product which did not last and was the worst purchase I have ever made. The product itself when delivered was perfect but deteriated significantly quickly. The lift mechanism connections became lose and fell apart. The bed frame towards the end was not secure and would sway side to side, it was horrible to sleep on. After a few months of owning the bed, the slats and frame that the mattress sat upon bowed in the middle. I took measurements and provided this proof to the customer service team not long after I had bought the bed as I had to return a mattress due to it diveting in the centre. Then Identied it was the bed that caused it and not the quality of the mattress.

Unfortunately the customer service team at the time refused for a full refund or replacement for the poor quality made bed and I did not have the funds to replace it as I had just spent a significant amount of money with them. I have just moved house, and the bed didnt fit up the stairs, an blessing in disguise as we have wanted to replace the bed for a number of years now. Weve binned it
as we couldnt sell it and bought a cheaper and far more better quality ottoman bed with happy beds and I am so grateful to be able to sleep on a secure bed.

Before ordering the bed frame, I considered which fabric would be best, as I want the bed frame to last as long as possible. I ordered some free swatches and received them a few days later.
The assembly process was super simple and straightforward. The quality of the bed frame is perfect, and we have been sleeping really well!
(I would suggest keeping customers proactively updated on their orders. )

Overall, I would give this experience 5 stars, it’s worth the money!

We ordered two upholstered bed frames and were really impressed with the quality and workmanship of the products received. The size of the beds we received was as expected. We had been looking online for a while and thought that they were good value in comparison to other companies, the choice of colours was also great. The delivery timeline was longer than expected, but they were worth waiting for.

I ordered a super king-size bed for £637.20 in July 2024 but needed to exchange it for a smaller king-size bed costing £395.10. I paid £395.10 out of pocket for the smaller bed, meaning Bedhive owes me a full refund of £637.20 for the original bed.

The exchange happened on 15th November 2024, but since then, I’ve been chasing them for my refund with no success. I’ve sent nearly 10 emails, and they’ve ignored every single one. From November to January, no refund, no response—nothing!

This company is completely untrustworthy, holding my money hostage. Avoid Bedhive at all costs!

So far our experience hasn't been great and until a phonecall this morning I was really worried. We ordered our new bedframe on Monday 6th January with BedHive and I tried to call several times over the last week about the order but the phone simply doesn't work - ever! I've been told now that there is a problem with their phonelines but I have suggested they mention this on their website as it leaves customers like myself feeling very concerened when they can't speak to anyone. I've left comments on their Facebook Ads which they have removed before replying to the three emails I sent them in so many days, I'm afraid that really doesn't look good - customer service is very important! Especially with more pricy products.
As BedHive cannot remove this review on Trustpilot I posted here instead and I will alter this review during the process of our order. I'm feeling much better after having a call and discussing my queries but still a little nervous (I have therefore changed my 1-star to 3-stars for now). We've spent over £500 on a bedframe, it's a big expence when we've not seen the product first-hand...I will be happy to update this if our experience improves...

I can’t comment on my bed as it hasn’t arrived after over 3 weeks despite it saying 5-10 days when placing the order. Emailed. Someone said they would look into but still not heard. This was a gift for my son for Xmas and I’ve no idea if it will be here

Do not go near this company, I’ve been waiting for a refund for over two weeks, absolute cowboys. Pure liars!!!

We spent a LONG time researching beds before our purchase and Bed Hive were the only company coming up with consistently good reviews. We ordered several different fabrics before making the decision to buy the super king Chesterfield Swan Sleigh Bed with gas lift. Whilst we haven't unpacked it and put it together yet (we are currently undergoing a home renovation), i can see through the packaging that its a stunning bed and just what i was looking for, i can't wait to put it all together! It was delivered in good time, the delivery company were professional and kept us updated throughout the day on their progress and when the bed arrived it was well packed to keep it protected from damages during transit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bed Hive, in a world where companies seem to take more than they give, it is refreshing to find a company that actually cares.

I received a bed last week with no frame as they had run out of stock!
They have since sent the frame in the post but said I would have to wait 3 weeks for someone to come back to assemble the bed.
Absolute shocking customer service! I have requested a call back 3 times, never got one. Their phone line doesn’t work. No apologies for their mistake. I can’t comment on the bed at this stage as it’s still wrapped up.

2 weeks without a delivery date set! Can't get a date out of them. No one answers the phone

We just cannot recommend Bed Hive enough. Excellent quality and such a vaste variety of beds they had. We ordered a superking bed with 70inch high headboard and its fantastic. Its like walking into a luxury hotel room!

Exceptional service and stunning bed. Would definitely recommend Bed Hive to all.

5 star service from double checking measurements with customer service to changing my mind re. Colour last minute to quick delivery and installation - I would highly recommend Bedhive

Normally i do not write reviews however Bedhive have gone above and beyond with my order. I have previously ordered a bed with them and the end product is perfect and all you could ever want. My current order had difficulties in regards to delivery however they quickly resolved this issue and was completely understanding to which they managed to get my bed delivered 3 weeks early than initially expected! I’m excited to receive my order and i’m sure i will use this company in the future! I would recommend 5/5. Thanks personally to paige and sarah for dealing with my issue swiftly :)

Wow honestly not often now a company gives you full undivided attention! They have been nothing but helpful and the bed it’s self is outstanding we love it realy good quality it’s like a hotel bed, thank you again beehive

My partner order a sleigh bed last year, the bed has completely broken on one side and underneath, he has emailed several times and was told that they couldn't find his order, he sent receipts of his purchase and was told that he would have to buy the replacement side piece which is £80, the bed was still under warranty, he sent serval emails to try and resolve the issue, they didn't respond, customer service is a joke and so is the quality of the bed, absolutely waste of nearly £700 pounds. The bed was delivered at 11pm at night and the driver refused to bring the bed up to the flat cause of my partners dog who was shut in another room, my self and my partner had to carry it up to the flat ourselves

I hadn’t ever ordered from this place before, but would definitely order again from here if needed. I was reassured that my bed was on its way as 10 days had reached and I was a little sceptical considering I’d never ordered from here before. The company responded fast and by the 12th day my bed was at mine. The company didn’t call like they stated but that wasn’t an issue for me as I was in anyways. On delivery day the guys were polite and built the bed quickly 20-30mins at most. They then kindly put my mattress back on my bed as I’d of struggled putting a king size mattress on the frame as I’m only little 😅

We are really impressed by the bed we ordered. The fabric is lovely and it looks great. Pretty easy to put together and a great product. Good service and delivery also.

Great service, customer service were helpful when I was unsure on what colour to pic, they advised me well.

Bed came in 2 weeks and is high quality.
It’s well upholstered and nicely padded unlike some beds at the same price. I’m happy with it, assembly took about 30 minutes so not bad at all.

The bed looks even better in person compared to the pictures! Using the website was easy and placing the order was even easier. So pleased to see I could choose a bigger headboard which not many companies offer these days. The delivery was on time and delivery lads were nice and friendly. 5 stars xx
