Bella Baby Opiniones

Don't buy from this company. I ordered and paid for two car seats and only received one. I've had no response to my 4 emails over a numbers of months, looking in vain for a refund for the product I did not receive. Shockingly poor customer service, actually non-existent customer service. Buy elsewhere.
Edit: Since writing my initial review, the company has contacted me, and stated they did not receive my emails of complaint and they are getting their IT dept to look into it. They apologised and refunded me for the seat I did not receive. I have therefore changed my initial one star review to 4 stars, as the lady who contacted me was very apologetic and I have since received my refund.

I placed an order 10 days ago. I’ve not heard back ever since. I have no idea where my order is. I emailed 3 times. No response. I tried to call: “number not being recognised”.

Popped into Bella Baby in Dundrum looking for a travel stroller and had such a lovely experience. There were loads of options, which could have been overwhelming, but Sarah was amazing. She took the time to walk us through everything, pointed out the pros and cons, and helped us find the one that was right for us. The store is really nice too — bright, spacious, and easy to browse. Would definitely recommend!

Have made it very hard to return! Wouldn’t recommend 😞

Good communication prior to purchase. Query re item answered quickly. Prompt despatch and next day (Saturday) delivery. On sale so bought at a good price too and the whole transaction was trouble free. I highly recommend this supplier.

Shipment was very fast and the product arrived the following day after purchase in excellent condition.

Great priced products and delivered fast. Will buy more baby things from here on future

Really happy with my order! Great price due to sale they were running and delivery was so quick. Website was easy to use and order updates were spot on. Would definitely order from them again.

Great price for a great product , good sturdy car seat . Very easy to attach to car seat , good padding for baby's little head which is removable as they grow . Very quick delivery ordered Saturday evening and arrived by Tuesday morning seen same item on other high street stores for a higher price so glad I found Bella Baby

Wonderful experience with Bella Baby. I purchased the Bugaboo Butterfly at such great price (cheaper than any other store including direct from Bugaboo) with a travel bag included AND an additional Extra 5% discount. Great communication with emails after purchase and super fast delivery. Item came carefully packaged. I highly recommend Bella Baby and I will definitely be purchasing other items from them in the future. Thank you for such a great customer service experience.

Very pleased with the baby bandz sunglasses we bought for our granddaughter. They arrived very quickly and were exactly what we wanted. The communication and delivery was excellent. We will be using Bella Baby again.

Purchased the Yoyo3 and colour pack. First time shopping at Bella Baby online and I'm super impressed. Quick delivery and all items packaged well. A quick call to Emina with a follow up query was a perfect example of first class customer service and I am already looking forward to making my next purchase! 10/10 recommend - thank you again!

Red Castle Cocoon
Ordered and Fast delivery very happy with the service. There's going to be one happy little baby in the cocoon very soon .

Ordered a sunshade for the back window, for my fur baby!!! They are the only company to stock this exact shape and size with 3 suckers. Efficient delivery, although delivery charge is slightly more than usual. I appreciate they're a small business so it seems fair.

We purchased a buggy that was cheaper than in other stores and came with all the accessories (whereas others charged for these as add ons). Dispatched same day as ordering online, arrived the next day. Thank you!!

Easy to purchase, delivery was quick, product was great. Bought a baby stokke steps seat cushion.

Great experience buying with them.

I bought 2 products at different times in less than 1 week.
Both deliveries were fast, and the products as great as I expected.

I was a bit reluctant at first because the price was a bit cheaper than other stores, but after checking the reviews and seeing that this was a real deal, I bought and was pleased with all experience.

bought a Maxi Cosi See Pro Monitor and a Maxi Cosi Cassia, both around 30 pounds cheaper than their competition, and both delivered in 1 day.

Will start to check their website often.

I would give ten if I could!
What a good old fashioned service!!! We need more companies like this one!
I had a car seat from these guys which broke a little while after purchase. These guys collected it, sent it off for repair and had it back to me within a week! Nothing was too much trouble and they saved me so much hassle with the manufactures.
Thank you so much

Super, Fantastic Company !! I wanted the TrippTrapp baby to adult chair, I compared price and bundle deals online and Bella Baby came out best valued by far. I made my order on Friday morning using PayPal and received a confirmation and receipt , Bella Baby despatched to DPD by midday, and a box arrived within the given one hour time slot on Saturday, early afternoon. The bundle was well packaged! On opening the box, the individual items boxes within were unblemished. The items were just as described.
If only all companies took such care life would be a lot less stressful X

Fast delivery and great value! No issues
