Bella Baby Opiniones

Cannot believe how quickly the items I ordered arrived - next day .
Items ordered are extras for a new Grandchild so that everything is here when she stays. Thought prices were very competitive and items seem very good quality.
Thank you .

The team were v helpful sorting out a replacement of a faulty item with supplier. Responsive and efficient. Thank you

Very helpful customer service answered my Qs by email and very competitively priced end of line items and good black friday deals. I thought my item was out of stock but they quickly found a last item and updated site which allowed me to purchase online. Bassinet I bought is getting great use and delivery was quick.

The team at Bella Baby were fantastic. We had a fault with part of our pram and their way of dealing with it was not only professional but really compassionate too. I'd recommend them to anyone looking at buying their pram/baby equipment!

Very lovely people to deal with, beautiful store...I happily recommend to my friends and family. They now have the prettiest Christmas window display in the area!
I can't wait to order Christmas gifts for my one year old daughter!!

Amazing service at Bella Baby Twickenham :) Great experience whenever we go in and super speedy response when there was an issue with a buggy part - sorted so efficiently and proactively. Thank you!

Chiara dealt quickly with a refund as I chose the wrong colour

Excellent service- we bought the 6+ package for the YOYO baby zen at a great price. We also bought the portable toodler side rail.

Both items came as next day delivery so super fast delivery which I was so impressed with.

So happy with purchase. From order to delivery was short of 24 hours! Needed something quickly and efficiently and all of that was achieved. Always happier to purchase from a non major high street company. Appreciate the competitive pricing.

Good selection. Great price too, picked up a Tripp Trapp and Baby Set on sale. Impressed with the free next day delivery too! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Bella Baby UK. The customer service was exceptional - Chiara was genuinely interested in addressing my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and to my satisfaction.

Very friendly team and excellent customer service! First time we've bought at Bella Baby and we're very happy with the experience. The team helped us find the right pram for our first baby and managed to get it delivered at home sooner than expected, despite our product being out of stock. We definitely recommend Bella Baby!

Having been let down by another company Bella Baby came up trumps. Rang to check stock position and was dealt with very quickly stock was confirmed and order placed with delivery 2 days later.
Would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Bellababy cork: I can’t really say enough about this store. All the staff are just brilliant and the customer service is second to none! We have had issues with our buggy recently…. And staff in Bella baby went above and beyond to fix it for us…..

We were absolutely overwhelmed by Nicola's knowledge on the products and her friendly service.
100% recommend visiting Bella Baby, especially if you are a first time mom.

Quick service and easy ordering. Can't wait to use the items

Excellent service. Answered my query promptly. Item arrived next day as promised. Would recommend.

I bought two of the bubble bum seats. Prices on the website were better than everywhere else I looked. Really quick delivery and items arrived well packaged. Great service.
