Backtracking on Replacement

Received my mask and it is not the Beminda brand pictured. It is a cheap knockoff that looks similar but is not marked in any way as brand. Only one side steams. Contacted the company and at first it seemed getting a replacement would be easy. They told me to verify my address and that there was no need to return the defective unit. I sent my address and threw away the broken unit. The next day I got an email asking me to send videos of the issue with the unit. When I questioned what was going on and why they were now asking for this, I was given the choice to send the unit back or get a $50 credit to the site. I can’t send the unit back and don’t want the credit so I told them to let me know if they want to send me a working unit, issue a refund for the defective unit or have me take it up with my credit card company since I have emails showing how they are backtracking on what they said they were doing. I’m waiting on their response.

Complete Scam

Everything about this company is dodgy/dishonest.
The product is of poor quality. As per other reviews, it does not heat sufficiently, it is uncomfortable, and it leaks. It is a nondescript, brand-free mask which can be purchased from Temu for less than half the price.
The '60 day risk-free trial' is also a lie. I have emailed the company four times now, asking for their promised 'prepaid return shipping label at no cost to [me]'. Each time I have received a superficially sympathetic response, suggesting another outcome, i.e. 1) persevere longer with the mask, 2) Swap mask for Beminda's newer, more comfortable version, 3) keep mask and get a $50 credit with Beminda. Upon my fourth and final request for a refund I was told that Beminda will not send me a return pre-paid label; instead I must pay for the return myself. Given the dishonesty Beminda has displayed thus far in my interactions with them, I do not believe that I will receive a refund even if I do send the mask back at my own cost. AVOID BEMINDA AT ALL COSTS.

Huge improvement on my dry eyes.

Beminda eye steamer mask has made a huge difference to my dry eyes. Initially I had problems with steam output being erratic, and one side occasionally failing. However, after-sales has been amazing and a replacement device provided after failing troubleshooting. It concerns me the pink liquid is poorly labelled and no safety warning, ie. is it safe if ingested by a child, should there be a child safety lid, and no ingredient quantities listed if a call rquired to a Poison Line.

This steam eye mask has made all the difference in the world. It feels good to use it, it heats and stays hot, and the amount of release from my blocked glands has been impressive. I can’t wait for my eye doctor to do an evaluation.

Best treatment I’ve used

I have to admit that the mask has worked quite well. I use it 2x/day and my eyes feel a lot better. I don’t feel completely healed but I am able to wear my contact lenses for a few hours a day which I couldn’t do before. It was worth the money.

It used to work well

When I first got my Beminda in May, steam came out nicely from both sides. I have used the pink eye hydration liquid that was included (although neither bottle has any label on it). In late June, the steam stopped coming out on the left side. There was pink sticky goop from the pink liquid. I followed the instructions to use vinegar and it has had no effect. I loved the Beminda initially, but it no longer works. Now I've got a subscription for the pink eye hydration liquid, which I won't be able to use.

For years I’ve suffered from dry eye

For years I’ve suffered from dry eye. For months I had been plagued with continuous styes. It was awful. My eyelids stayed red. It was terrible. The doctors tried medications, but couldn’t fix my eyelids.
This steam mask has provided comfort. The styes have stopped. The redness has gone away. I am at the 21-day mark. My doctor said my meibiomian glands are now 50 percent unclogged. My eyelids look healthy again. They actually looked better half way through.
I still suffer from dry eye, which causes my “eyes” to be red. I hope after continuous use that will improve too.

Beminda is the best experience my eyes have ever had from any eye product out there…

This has been the best experience for my eyes with actual results that are working.. no more burn, no more feeling strained and tired. They feel healthy and relaxed... from using prescription eye drops twice daily ( started with Restsis then Cequa) and non perscription eye drops artificial tears several times a day to maybe once a day if that of non prescription drops, is amazing. This Beminda Eye Mask product works and is a real game changer.

I would suggest a time added for heat…

I would suggest a time added for heat up. By the time the unit gets to the effective temperature, 3 minutes have passed and you receive maybe 7 minutes. I actually do two sessions to get the required time. That works well for me..

I ordered the Beminda on 5/18, never recieved a tracking number and still no product although the company claims it has been delivered. After many emails promising me a refund I still have not recieved one.

I like the steam but it doesn't seem to…

I like the steam but it doesn't seem to heat up enough to help. I also emailed the company to see why their website says you can use other types of fluid in the eyelet but the instructions say to use their solution only. Also, the eye mask if uncomfortable, and presses uncomfortably on the top of my nose.

To set it straight: our Eye Hydration Complex is the recommended and ideal choice, but distilled water or saline are perfectly acceptable alternatives. Only one size and non adjustable

Only one size and non adjustable. Poor cushioning around face. This mask rested on the bridge of my nose and at only one place on my forehead. It was open all the rest of the way around and the steam leakes out. Good if it fits but this will not fit well for most people

Highly recommended

I was sceptical about trying yet something else to help my long term issue with dry eyes, however the guarantee offered by Beminda assured me this was worth a try. I now can honestly say I am delighted I made this choice. The overnight dryness even using ointment had got to be very uncomfortable by morning but using the eye mask every day for 10 days I found I no longer needed the ointment and by the 21 days of recommended use I no longer have an issue… no discomfort at all. Absolutely no improvement!

I went into this with great hope this would end the years of dry eyes, it's been about 10 years. The combo of warm & moisture was exactly what I needed. No more compresses that last 2-3 min.
I have been greatly disappointed with this product! Just another gimmick that I fell for that wasted my money. I've been using it for about a month, EVERY day. I am not experiencing ANY improvements whatsoever. In fact two days ago I had the most difficult day in a long time. Drops every 5 min would not be enough. Eyes were redder than usual, dry of course and itching like crazy. I don't usually have itching issues. So, I'm done! Thanks for nothing but disappointment!

Great theory and I am still figuring…

Great theory and I am still figuring out whether it fully works but have been a bit inconsistent.

Comms have been great. Product looks great.

4 stars only as the size is a bit wide for my face so doesn’t sit comfortably or really seal up. I feel like you need to have different sizes to make this a good fit.
