Brilliant Service

Rang about an incorrect renewal notice. The advisor I spoke to named Manny, was able to quickly deal with the mistake that had been made and send me out a confirmation email straight away that everything was now in order. He was also able to help me with a query about another bike. Friendly, polite and efficient service from Manny and BeMoto as always.

Easy simple experience Manny was very knowledgeable and a great help on sorting out my insurance.

On receiving the renewal quote for my multi bike policy, I noticed one of them had got 'lost' in the system. So after spending some time on the phone with Manny, who was most helpful and friendly, the computer error got sorted, and most importantly my annual renewal turned out £40 less than last year: my kind of inflation!
