I’m a happy existing policy holder for a multi bike policy. Rang to arrange cover for a change of bike, dealt with quickly and efficiently by knowledgable, friendly staff. No admin fee for the required change was a bonus!

My representative called Manny was already emailing my documents to me whilst he was discussing my issues. A top class experience that I can thoroughly recommend. 5 stars without a doubt.

The dreaded "my insurance has gone up yet again so need to call them and argue to save money" call. However this time I was pleasantly surprised as Connor who I spoke with firstly assisted me with reducing my renewal price due to new underwriters (?) becoming available, but thanks to his offer of checking whether a multibike policy would be better value (never was, always far too expensive vs insuring both separately which was a faff!) I have now insured both of my motorbikes under a multibike policy for only £2 more than what I was originally paying a month for just the Ducati! Connor was very easy to deal with, not pushy at all and very professional. I was able to say "this is what I would ideally like" and he accommodated. All in all a very positive phone call and very very happy that he suggested we look at the multibike option! Thanks again Connor, I think your managers need to by you a drink or something! ;)

I spoke to Manny to update my policy to add another bike, I was on the phone for an hour as he had to move the bikes around, he kept coming back to me to keep me updated as he made changes to make the new bike the main one on the policy, very friendly and helpful and although it took a while, I never felt just left on hold.

Never usually like making policy changes but staff member Manny made it easy and hassle free , very polite great service

The call operative isabella was absolutely helpful and had my insurance policy was sorted quickly with a pleasant attitude 100% would recommend.

I recently arranged to px a faulty bike for one that hopefully isn’t faulty, arranged with BeMoto a swap over time but the bad bike kept letting me down on the 70 mile journey to the bike shop.I think I had to call them 3 times on the day to amend insurance details and they were always pleasant and helpful. Only thing I don’t like is the music.

Excellent service. Brilliant staff, manny was so helpful and knowledgeable.

With a less than straightforward motorcycle insurance requirement, dealing with a helpful, informed real person was important.
