I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 15th. After no update I emailed them to be told ten days later that they over sold and new stock would be arriving dec 15th. They ensured me they would upgrade my shipping to express for free and it would arrive for Christmas. Dec 17th I emailed to inquire as I had not heard anything to be told they still don’t have stock and it would be arriving Dec 23rd. Due to them being very aware it was a Christmas gift and how early I had ordered it I asked for a refund. They told me it could be at least three weeks before I see one as they are a small company and can only do a few refunds at a time. Seems sketchy to me. Also makes me wonder how many refunds they are doing to use that as an excuse. All I want is my money back.

Great investment! Thought about it so many times and I'm glad I bought it here! The quality of the products is superb and I'm very satisfied with their customer service. Would definitely recommend this brand.

It's been months and they still haven't delivered all of my equipment. The custom service keeps giving me the run around and saying things have shipped when they haven't. What did arrive was damaged.

i was a bit wary of ordering from these guys from seeing these reviews but i can honestly say they have been nothing but professional from day one. speedy responses and fantastic customer service and quick delivery, one item had some damage and they offered a replacement immediately. will defo be buying more gym things through them in the future

I got the Hex dumbbell rack for my own gym and I personally prefer the feeling of individual dumbbells so these are great for doing drop sets and super sets at home.

great company, customer service was very responsive. Im not sure if other negative reviews are fake or not.. I did not have a SINGLE issue with better body. I could not find anyone else with a two year warranty

Ordering from Better Body has a been a great experience. The customer service team was quick to reply and provide me with updates about my order. once I received my product I was extremely happy with the quality and durability of each item, even the packaging was great. You can tell that even though they are a small business they are doing everything they can to make the customer experience amazing. Would highly recommend Better Body Equipment!!

I've been wanting to build myself a home gym for the longest time. After the recent gym closures the last few years, I decided the time was now.

I did a ton of research on different brands and ultimately decided to buy from them because their prices were highly competitive, and they had some amazing bundles that allowed me to get everything I needed in one purchase.

The items that were in stock arrived within 5 days and pre-order items arrived a few weeks after as promised.

Would highly recommend purchasing your equipment from here.

As other reviewers have stated, they claim item is on “pre-order” and are constantly pushing back shipping dates on their website. Then, when you inquire about it, they act as if you’re the incompetent one that can’t read the website appropriately.

They charge the money upfront and are happy to take your money and act as if it’s completely normal to take 1K from someone with just a promise that you’re on the pre-order list. It’s been 2.5 months and I have nothing from them, but they have my money.

When I called, the rep said they only get 20 units at a time from their supplier and don’t get enough to fulfill the demand. If you can’t get the equipment from your supplier, then stop selling the equipment!! Either this is a total scam (likely) or just really poor business management.

Heed my advice, and the other reviewers here, and buy your gym equipment elsewhere.

***Also noteworthy, 2 of the 5-star reviews come directly from the co-owners of this company themselves. Speaks to the ethical mentality of this company if you ask me.

A weird operation for sure but my order was delivered.

This company is a hustle. They lie about shipping and try to sell you more expensive equipment when you ask where your order is.

Never got my equipment or a refund, stay away from them!

Gym equipment is working smoothly and giving me a good workout. The best company to provide fast shipping and good customer service. Two thumbs up!
