My website is still not active
My website is still not active, over a week since my payment was confirmed.
As a loyal customer who has been with Betterphoto since it's inception, I'm disappointed with service this year, especially in light of the price.

i agree completely with Audrey about BP offline
i agree completely with Audrey. The main website and my personal site have been down since Sunday. Betterphoto has made no effort to email anyone about the problem. I have found no reliable phonenumber to contact them. Emails have been unanswered. This site and my own website have now been off line almost 80 hours.
Today Friday, Feb 21: at 6:30 AM CST I did receive a personal email from BetterPhoto contacting me and apologizing about the problem and indicated their efforts to resolve it.

I have had a BetterPhoto website for 14…
I have had a BetterPhoto website for 14 years. I had a hard time communicating with Betterphoto when I accidently let my website expire. I only wish they had a phone number you could call as I was not getting all the emails in a timely fashion. Hopefully this issue is now being resolved and the website will be up and running soon.
Update: Issue was resolved and grateful for their ability to retrieve my images. Thanks.
