Most impressed arrived in good and very pleasant. Soon sorted out the problem and gave useful advice for the next change. I really think you need to update your instructions there is no mention of turning off blue tap and running off cold to release pressure and various other steps in the process which are not mentioned in guide. Perhaps it would be a good idea to print a full list of instructions and post it to all your customers

I have had a Bibo since 2020 and was very happy with the original. Recently I decided it was time for an upgrade to the Nova. As a customer I found the process simple and fuss free to obtain an upgrade. I was able to complete most of the process online with a member of the team who was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about the upgrade. My yearly subscription for cleaning and filters transferred over with ease and the staff supporting the process were excellent.
I absolutely love the Bibo and am sure the Nova will deliver the same results.

Tasha is always amazing at fixing any issues I have big or small, always offering prompt fast services, love our catch up chats, lovely bubbly character, always puts my mind at ease before completing the job, 100% satisfied with Tasha's work. Jasmine from Admin is also very prompt and efficient with booking me in as soon as possible and around timings that suit me & my family, fantastic experience booking in with ease thanks to Jasmine, very helpful, great customer service, highly recommend using their services.

Engineer always straight to the point with what’s being done and a good estimation of long it will take.
