Rey made the call quick and painless! It was easy to explain my issue, and he clearly walked me through what was going to happen and how the team would resolve it. He handled the call with confidence, which gave me reassurance that everything would be sorted as soon as possible.

We've had the same issue with our Billi Tap for quite some time and several engineers have visited, but Brandon was by far the most helpful.

He took the time to properly investigate the problem, tried a number of different solutions and made several changes rather than just doing the obvious checks and moving on. He was patient, thorough and clearly wanted to get to the bottom of it.

What really stood out was that he followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of service is quite rare these days and was very much appreciated.

Karolis, was incredibly helpful and professional. He had a lot of issues with the tap and ended up staying a lot later than intended. He made sure everything was complete and put back as should be before leaving

Rey has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and very patient in assisting with my endless queries.
Which makes such a difference when I have to manage various contracts.
If it's not part of the uniform already, he should be given a cape! I can't praise him enough; his customer service truly stood out!!!
