After an issue with the tap when contacting the Billi team it came to light that our company hadn't set up a care plan, they very quickly set one up for us and sent out an engineer so all was sorted

Karolis did an excellent job, he was punctual, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. He also took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving.

Natalie Reynolds great sales manager - since I have been dealing with Natalie things have been so much easier - Natalie makes a point of emailing you back with updates and checks to see if everything is ok. I cant ask for a better sale manager.

Recently experienced many issues with our Billie, engineers who tried to blame us for it not working, engineers who had to come back repeatedly. Customer Service staff who do not ring back when they have promised to do so. Today however, I spoke to a lady called Bimla who was really helpful, solved the problem over the phone and gave clear written instructions on how to solve the issue and it worked. Billie - you need more staff like this lady!
