I wanted to return my order and get a…
I wanted to return my order and get a refund. Was ignored by customer support.
Almost a week passed and they finally responded.
Their office is in Brasil, so they asked me if I can send it there.
The website is dotuk, contact number is for USA and their office is in Brasil.
I ordered it because I thought the product is from UK. They should have foreseen such cases and made the return and refund policy clear and simple for all customers. Now I need to pay for delivery and God knows when it will be done. It took ages to receive this order.

As we inform in our return policy, the product can be returned but the freight is paid by the customer. If there is a problem with the product, the freight is paid by us.

Embalagem veio violada e sem nenhum tipo de lacre. Decepcionante pois não há garantia que recebi o produto correto. Não recomendo.
[Edit] entrei em contato com o suporte, me disseram que o lacre foi rompido durante o transporte, o que não faz sentido nenhum.

What a difference Bkeratin made to my fine coloured hair. It left it soft and shiny. I didn't really think it would make a difference, I was very sceptical. Boy was I shocked at the results, I now have long shiny hair that doesn't look like a tangled birds nest in the morning. Very pleased with this product. Very impressed. Well worth buying.
