This is no doubt the worse company I ever traveled with. Check-in took hours in comparison with airlines in the US, where it took me minutes to at most 10-15 minutes. They employ only 2 workers at the check-in point, which added to the long delay. There were around 200 passengers on only 2 workers. From there, we headed to the gate- more long lines. They don't serve you any drinks on the flight. We just wanted water. They delayed our flight by five hours, which caused us extra expenses as we needed to get a taxi from the airport (we landed at 1:15am). My suggestion- avoid this airline at all cost.

Wow, ich wünschte ich könnte Minussterne vergeben. Abflugzeiten beim Kauf sind nur Lockmittel. Am Ende fliegt man in der Nacht. Oder am frühen Morgen. Dreckig, schlechter Service.Lohnt sich auf gar keinen Fall die paar Euro zu sparen

This firm has NO customer service. No number or address on it's website leads to any functioning service. Once you pay - you have NO ONE TO TALK TO!

Totale Abzocke, Sie verrechnen dir das Gepäck extra und fordern 100 scheckel für das. Das war das letzte Mal das ich mit dieser Fluglinie fliege, schlimmer als wizz Air.

We came with hand bag that was 7.9 kg on May 15th and they said it’s 8 kg. They were very rude on the return from Athens to Tel Aviv. That was the return flight when you flew from Tel Aviv to Athen nobody checked the weight of my handbag.

Not worthy your money.
They behave like a charter.
Changed the flight time to Barcelona twice blaming the aviation authority regulations. The taking off was delayed by one hour after the boarding while we were inside the plan without any explanation so we hardly caught our reserved bus to the next destination.
For the return flight they rescheduled twice and in the last rescheduling they changed route from a direct flight to TelAviv to include a stop in Greece. They started boarding with a very long delay that was even behind the rescheduled take off time and the result you leave hotel early but taking off with delay. The check in process was not smooth as they weight and measure size of every item you have even your hand luggage.
The staff (ground and plan) lacks any curtsy or smile. Our arrival was late by about three hours than the original promoted plan when we bought the tickets.
In summary no quality service, no abiding to schedule, no abiding to reserved route.

They cancelled ticket and havent refund me a month later. I call and they never pick up.

Einfach nur unverschämt. Die haben meinen Flug 6 Stunden nach vorne verlegt und bieten mir keine Option an ihn zu stornieren oder umzubuchen. Sie reagieren Weder auf meine Mails noch auf meine WhatsApp Nachrichten noch auf irgendwas. Es ist einfach nur unerhört. Ich werde mit dieser Airlines nie wieder buchen!

A company designed to rip off passengers. Even if you arrive with a small bag, they weigh it, and if it exceeds 4 kg (mine was 5 kg), they charge you extra. The staff is unfriendly, including the crew on the plane. If you don’t have to, it’s better not to fly with this airline.

חוויה לא נעימה , טסנו לבודפשט ונחתנו חירום בלרניקה , הדיילות צועקות !!! צועקות עלינו !! אין מענה , בנמל בלרנקה גם נעלמו היו אמורות לחלק ״ מנה חמה ״ חילקו כמה וברחו מהר ונעלמו , אני לבד בוכה בצד בנמל תעופה במדינה שאני לא מכירה ולא מתכננת לבוא אליה ואין שום מענה !!

Disgraceful conduct and a contemptuous attitude.

Do not buy any airline ticket from them, even if they are the only airline left on earth. Look for other airlines that fly to Greece, even if it costs a bit more. In the long run, it will be worth it. Trust me, this is for your own good. And if you still decide to do business with them, remember this review very well and understand that you made the mistake of your life.

Even at check-in at Ben Gurion Airport, the treatment of passengers is dismissive and disrespectful. The representatives stand there holding payment terminals, looking for unjustified opportunities to charge money. They do not refund money for flight delays that exceed the time set by law. There is no response at all. They do not reply, they are unavailable. This is company policy. Defamatory conduct toward customers. They refuse to refund money even in cases where the law requires a refund.

They owe me thousands of dollars for airline tickets I purchased for my entire family. The flight was canceled and there was no response from them. Suddenly the company vanished. I have been waiting for over a year!!!!! And still no acknowledgment or response. The money is gone. A disgusting company!

No response by phone, email, WhatsApp, or forms on the website.
Rude and disrespectful representatives!

One more important thing. If you have already purchased a ticket, remember that their airport baggage scales are biased against passengers. On one of my flights with them, I decided to weigh my luggage on another airline’s scale, and it showed a difference of 2 kilos!!!

They should be ostracized from the universe and no one should do any business with them!!
How is it that no media outlet has exposed the biggest failure in the country? Someone must wake up and protect the public from this awful company.

On the flight back they changed the schedule at the last minute and added a "technical" stop on our flight.
This results in more than 2 hours delay on our flight, no refunds of any kind.
In addition to that, we had a 2nd security check, they said that '20% of the passengers will be checked'
I laughed because they checked only us and another pair of people.
This was extremely unpleasant reminds of selection that was done on 1939...
Never flying again.
Suggest to avoid.

Our flight was supposed to leave at 14:50 CET. Airport process was perfect — no lines, fast boarding.

And then the nightmare started: we were locked inside a hot aircraft for almost 50 minutes — only because the airline decided to wait for around 40 people who couldn’t be bothered to arrive on time.

Everyone was clearly told to be at the gate in advance — but instead of respecting passengers who followed the rules, the airline punished us, leaving us to sit in overheated air and tiny, uncomfortable seats with almost zero legroom.

This company clearly doesn’t care about customers, time, or basic comfort.
If you don’t want to ruin your trip — do yourself a favor and avoid this airline at all costs.

This airline is a catastrophe! I'm so angry, I'm writing this while sitting in the airplane. We were supposed to take off 50 minutes ago and are still on the ground, and I didn’t get the window seat I paid for yesterday because they made a mistake. Unfriendly, unreliable, unprofessional. Never again!

Horrid, horrid experience. Changed the flight 4 days before but never sent the new flight information, refused boarding on a different flight that they had scheduled at the exact same time as the original flight. No customer service line. No online checkin. Crazy bag policies. Thinking about it? Don't do it?

Delays, cancellations, no online check in. Do not book with this airline if you can .

Worst company I’ve ever flown with..
Absolutely terrible. The way they treated me and the way they try to get every cent from me was absolutely disgusting.
Never again!!! Need to take them to court and out of business 🤮

Gibt lieber mehr Geld aus als mit der Airline zu fliegen!!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Bluebird Airways. After a very long delay, my flight was eventually canceled, and I've had to chase their customer service for quite some time without any response. I hope they will improve their refund process and communication with customers.
