This company deserves zero stars! I ordered from this company after Rumena (Blogger) repeatedly advertised their products with discount codes. It’s a scam, they will just take your money and you will receive nothing. I tried to contact Rumena who did not respond to any messages. The company sends auto reply messages to say the accountant is dealing with the refund. 10 mints later I have received no refund.
Please do NOT buy from this company. They only allow positive reviews on their website and remove all negative reviews straight away

If I could I would give minus x 10!! They have scammed me twice and owe me a refund of £113 but till this date nothing!! I never received the products as they kept saying its delayed so asked for a refund this was in May 2021. Now the have gone silent, if you go on gov website you can take them to small court and get your money back. They charge you £30 but you get it back once you been refunded etc. they scam artist!!

SCAM! I bought the Plaque Attack near Black Friday in 2021. Website is unavailable, their instagram has gone silent and my messages have not been seen! There is no contact number or email helpline.

If there was a negative star I would give it. I saw the recommendation from an influencer. She was raving on and on about it. So I thought to order from them. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I ordered on 3rd April 2021. They took my money and nothing received till date. When I contacted them in August, they said they will refund. But no refund till date. And now the website is unavailable. Pathetic company and pathetic influencer to promote such dodgy companies. Making money off people.

I ordered over 11 months ago and still have not received the item or a refund. I have emailed about a thousand times and kept of getting response saying that i will get a refund in the next 3-5 working days and still nothing! I have tried emailing again and they have not closed their email account!!! Please do not order from these scammers! They just take the money and dont give anything in return. This is the worst company i have ever come across!!!! Beauty influencers get these from the company and promote it and then we get scammed by this company! There is not enough word to explain how terrible this company is.

no product or refund received despite multiple communication stating they were. I ordered my product in MAY 2021 and never received my item. Always an excuse delay in their warehouse and the last communication I got was their accounts team could not process refund this month (January) as their funds are low. That is not my problem you take money for product from so many people you should refund everyone who have not received their products. Blady scam artist.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. They are a set of sharks and definitely a scam . They take your money and have no intentions of sending you the item. They will eventually answer you by email saying sorry there is a delay but if you want a refund they will arrange for it. Don’t fall for it they have no intentions of refunding you either they are just fobbing you off for months on end. They keep changing their name by closing one business and then re opening under a slightly different name and then the scam starts again. Check their Instagram no comments from anybody on their posts because they have disabled the comments so no one can put anything negative “says it all really” website is always down again another red flag for you. They use bloggers to try and promote the goods by giving them the items for free but using them to scam money out of the people that are actually paying for the goods but not receiving them . Avoid at all cost do not buy anything from this company

This company shouldn't be on the website, they keep you waiting for many many months repeating the same thing over and over again regarding delivery's and refunds. It will get to a certain point where you then will be so frustrated and angry. My point why get celebrities to advertise the products with misleading information, and then not delivery the goods.Blackldn is trying to con people and steal their money. I sure will be leaving a lot of bad reviews on trustpilot,some action needs to be taken for conning people's money.

This company is a scam 🤮🤮I’ve ordered a teeth whitening kit back in November and still haven’t received it. They don’t even have a website, their email doesn’t exist. They ignore dms. They disabled Instagram comments. I’m absolutely disgusting. So many people have experienced the same thing. Don’t worry guys I’ve contacted the police and not to give too much away CID will be involved. Unfortunately for black ldn I know an influencer who promoted their company too. Things are going to get real ugly for them. They’ll get what they deserve don’t stress guys

I ordered a laser machine in June an have chased up for the last few months they gave me a 10 percent refund an i have today emailed them an the email has been returned really not happy i want my money back please

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a teeth whitening kit back in August and have since sent dozens of emails inquiring about it. After going back and forth making excuses they offered a refund two months ago which I'm yet to receive.
Please don't trust 'influencers' blindly recommending products.
$200 of mine gone.

This is a scam 154 pound they have completely kept my money months of back and fourth no refund it’s disgusting shame on the celebs for advertising this SCAM!!!!!

I also followed a link from an influencer and have been SCAMMED.
I purchased the item back in November and after lots of emails the item never arrived and neither did my promised refund. Today the emails are now coming back undelivered.

SCAM. I placed an order in November. I didn’t receive anything for a while so I requested a refund. They confirmed my refund on 9th December and I still haven’t had the refund despite chasing 3 times. It’s clearly fraud. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities. I used to contact them via their help email address and emailed them again today, it now no longer exists. What a shock. They also change their company name after people figure them out and post to warn others.

Search for blackldn.com trust pilot reviews for their previous page. All they have done is change the “a” to a “v” and the logo is basically the same but a white background instead of black.

I paid through Klarna who confirmed that this is the same company.
