I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THEM ONE STAR! BUT THEIR IS NO OTHER CHOICE! IVE PAID FOR 2 CURLING MACHINES ONLY AFTER SEEING A YOUTUBE INFLUENCER USE. I MADE THE PURCHASE ON THE 18th Aug 2021! TILL NOW IVE NOT BEEN SENT THEM DUE TO “NOT ENOUGH SUPPLY”. SO I WAS GIVEN A OPTION TO WAIT 3-4 WEEKS WITH EXTRA 25% OFF MY ORDER OF TWO. I CHOSE TO HAVE A REFUND AS IT WAS A PRESENT FOR MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY, AGAIN TILL NOW NO REFUND, COMING TO 4 WEEKS! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THEY ARE SO QUICK WITH E-MAILING ME BACK, TELLING ME TO WAIT 10-15 DAYS! ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS! THESE GUYS ARE CLOWNS! NEVER AGAIN!

Ps. FOR THE PEOPLE LEAVING 5stars HAVE DEFO BEEN PAID OR SOMETHING BECAUSE NOTHING ABOUT THEM SEEMS LEGIT! ALSO IF THIS IS REMOVED I DO NOT CARE BECAUSE I WILL POST ON ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA’s FOR OTHERS TO KNOW HOW OF A SCAM YOU ARE!

I wouldn’t even rate this 1 star. I started using this on a regular basis with some good results. However, recently I’ve been slacking. I have followed all the care instructions for this machine so no reason for the machine to stop working all of a sudden!!!!

I’ve contacted Black Ldn and they’ve ignored my emails or fobbed me off to a link. Clearly, they don’t understand customer service!

This is the biggest scam company I have ever dealt with. I made a purchase back in July and received no product. I requested a refund and still to this day have not got my money back. I've sent the 8 emails so far about my refund and each time they fob you off with some excuse that its being passed over to the accounts department and someone will get back to you. They never get back to you.
This company should be disgusted with themselves. Robbing people of their money and using influencers to promote their scam business.
If you read this avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and you won't get a product or your money back. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

Don’t buy form this company they do not send your items I’ve been waiting over 3 months and now have requested a refund which they saying it will take weeks for them to do that like seriously.. definitely do not recommend. And I’ve noticed they take off comments and reviews from there website even from other verified customers It’s wrong in every way now have to contact my bank to get my money back!!!

Same as the others, ordered, no shipping updates then finally said "facing delays with suppliers" I then asked for a refund and nothing since, it's been 2 months, complete scam backed by spineless social media con artists

Hi i order a ipl in june 2021 i have not received it...i contacted them many times they replied back saying that i could get a refund and I am still waiting for a refund this company is not reliable i would be careful when ordering anything from them.

I placed my order on 28/07/21 for an IPL device and the email confirmation showed that my item will be received within 8 working days. No tracking resumed. Money got credited straight away!
10th of August 2021 I emailed the company saying I haven’t received my item, a reply came saying it’s in process.
To cut it short, I haven’t received my item, I’ve asked for a refund and nothing has come through and now it’s just a waiting game.
This company is a scam! Please DO NOT order anything from here.
I will be taking this further. I’ll be going to my bank to report this and to the police.

So I bought this product in December 2020. I’ve only ever used it 2-3 times since as I’ve been very busy. I finally had the time to use it again and when I plugged it in, a bit of writing flashes on screen and then it switches off straight away. No matter how many times I try to switch it on, the same thing happens. I contacted for a refund however they said they can’t do anything just because it’s gone over 3 months. This is absolutely ridiculous because it is very obvious that the actual product itself is cheap and faulty. I’ve owned an IPL before, and it lasted me 3 years, but unfortunately I lost it when moving house! It still would have been working. Longer than this !!

Absolute scam, recommended by influencers but didn’t receive my item after a few weeks and was offered a refund. Nearly 6 weeks later after back and forth emails with their customer service team promising they’ll look into it and no help whatsoever. Do not purchase and let the influencers that recommend this company know that they should not be working with this company.

Ordered a product which did not arrive, they did not provide any tracking information. I requested a refund which they agreed too but have not received that either. Compete scammers avoid at all costs.

SCAM!!! It actually doesn’t deserve any stars ordered it a month ago haven’t received it asked for a refund keep saying they’ll get in touch with their accounts team still nothing. PLEASE BE AWARE ALSO TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

My item never came (I waited over a month) so I asked for a refund, they said the money will be back into my account but it didn’t. On Klarna it even says this company didn’t even accept a refund request from me, even though they messaged saying it’s fine and accepted the refund. This is a scam

If I could give a 0 I would. this company is a scam and fraudulent. I brought two products that I never recieved was told they have a lot of things to ship and that their were delays.when asked for a refund am told the same thing over and over again that they will speak to the account team with an update. 2months have passed and still have not go the refund. The sad part is that famous vloggers and recommending this company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered my items on 18th May, and was promised a swift delivery. After 2 weeks of no niticifications I contacted the company to be told there is a delay in shipping and it would be sent out immediately. I waited patiently for another week, still no delivery. I contacted the company again, and received the same response. A month passed and still no delivery. I then asked for a refund and was told it would be processed. I'm August 2021 the refund had still not reached my account so I contacted them for the 6th time. I was then told a report would be created for the 'incident' and would be forwarded to the accounts department. The company is quick to take your money but not so quick to rectify any problems. The fact they have celebrities endorsing their products is misleading. I would not recommend this company due to my experience. I cannot comment on the product as I never received it. Still waiting for my refund.

this is a scammer site be warned. They do not provide tracking information after purchases, and only make promises to issue refund and resolve shipping issues that they claimed they have been experiencing along. So do not buy from this site.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this dodgy company . Call themselves a company!!! Do not believe any of the positive reviews if there are any .They will take your money and you will never see your item. They will promise you all kinds. But do not fall for the lies . You will never receive your item nor your money . I wasn’t going to let them get away it. I opened up a dispute with my bank to get a charge back and luckily I got my money back . This company needs to be reported . This is my first ever review I’ve never ever written reviews before but I couldn’t let this disgusting company scam anymore people out there . Let’s get together and shut them down!!!!! Pls stay away don’t fall the bloggers out there promoting this company. Don’t even think they realise themselves once they get their freebies the rest of us get scammed !!!!!

SCAM COMPANY. This company is Fraud do not fall for it. They take peoples money and they dont send item. Also when you ask for refund they dont give refund so you lose your money and item. They say the same reply over and over with no correct answer to what happened to the item. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THE YOUTUBERS THAT CASTS AND PROMOTES THEM.

Scam!!!! I reached out to help service to ask about where my order is, as it said shipped but I did not receive it. The reply I got did not explain what had happened to my first order. I did not understand what was meant by the wait for a replacement with 25% off when I had not been told where my first order is. I also reached out again today to cancel my order and did not receive a reply back? I’m really disappointed in the service and did not expect this to happen to my order, as big influencers were promoting them. I recommend contacting your bank to block this company from taking money before they take it from your account. What an Absolute joke!!!

DO NOT ORDER!! I had ordered an ipl machine and the face slimmers from this company around 6 weeks ago. They said delivery takes between 2-8 working days it has now been 6 weeks and till this day I have still not received my products! I emailed the company multiple times and they keep giving me excuses or would tell my my order was “lost” during delivery. They offered me a 25% discount which i received few days later! Couple of weeks later I asked for a full refund and there is still no sign of my money! EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! THEY DO NOT TAKE THERE CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY AND ARE SCAMMERS!!
BEWARE GUYS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!! Also they will not refund your money and keep giving u false excuse as they have a 90 day refund policy. I will be contacting my bank, as i doubt theyp will refund me.
