I placed my order on 26th of November using rumenas code !! I made a big mistake by using influencers link i think !! As its 5th January today and I still never received anything now I am trying to contact them via email or call they both are invalid !! I think I got scammed !!!

These lot are scammers!!!
Got celebs like Faryal and influencers like Rumena to sell there products but don’t deliver to us hard working people..
still chasing them for a refund since July..

I ordered from them beginning of December and still have not received any update nor any response to my emails. I am well pissed off as they are taking your money and not letting me know what's happening with my order!!! After reading all the review I'm now worried I won't even get my refund!!! 😭

I have also been scammed- placed an order end of November not received anything. The website has been taken down and when I messaged them on Instagram they told me to wait.
Other people who have experienced the same is there a way to report them to the police or via gov.co .uk?

Have ordered from Black Ldn on the 29th July 2021. have not received any goods neither my refund and now the date is January 1st 2022 . SCAM, DONT ORDER!

Do not use this company, they have taken my money, their website has mysteriously disappeared and of course I didn’t receive my order, stupid of me to think I would receive an order I have paid for

Product ordered was not sent, could not give me a date when I would receive the product so asked for a refund but still waiting, very poor service, do not order from this company.

This company is a BIG TIME FRAUD AND SCAM!!! They don't deliver the orders which you place from the website and they don't process back the refund. They will keep you waiting for months and months. They are a big time con!!! DONT BUY NOTHING FROM BLACK LDN.

They don't even deserve one star. They are scammers. If you look on companies house the company ceased trading in July. If you comment on their socials it will be deleted. I ordered a product that has not been delivered, they will not respond to me, nor have I received a refund.
I intend to issue a small claim against them, and would encourage others to do the same. The claims could all be joined to give it more weight. The company cannot be allowed to get away with this.

SCAM company, i have not received my order that i have placed since july. I have requested a refund and have still not received a response.

This company is an absolute joke I have been chasing my order since July, In October I had requested a refund after several emails back and forth I’m still Waiting 21 weeks this has been going on DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Blackldn the worst service ever. Never experienced anything like this before. Ive ordered curler from them 5 months back and I still haven’t received it, nor have I received my refund. Every time they say give us 3-5 days, then 7-10 days then they say 10-15 days and now they are saying end of the month. What rubbish is this. Absolute disgusting service ever. Never buy anything from them 👎🏼 Not reliable at all.

Black LDN has truly let me down I have ordered a curler from them for over 3 months now and I emailed them and ask for a refund because I ain't going to wait any longer for my curler and they havent given my refund money back yet and they have told me that I will recieve it in the next 5 working days they are false and not reliable at ALL!!!
