Over the years, Boma has evolved into one of London's most enjoyable and attractive independent garden centres. The place is like a paradisal oasis in the heart of its Kentish Town urban locale. Boma specialises in a massive and diverse range of houseplants and outdoor plants. It is also renowned for its fabulous range of handmade plant pots, planters, plant care products and gardening essentials. What sets Boma apart is the team of obsessive horticulturists running the place. But it's much more than the team and products. It's also about the community, which plays an integral part in the Boma's daily life. Since the launch of Boma's new webshop in 2021, demand for plants has taken off nationwide throughout the UK. Even more so since orders over £50 are shipping free of charge. Customers most enjoy the warm reception from the team and practical advice and tips that make gardening and plant care much more fun.

Highly recommended
Very quick delivery. Lovely healthy and decent sized plants which were well packaged. I have had 2 deliveries of plants from Boma and they have both been great. I highly recommend this business.

Beautiful planters, helpful & friendly team
Beautiful planters, speedy delivery. Extremely helpful & friendly team.
Unfortunately, one of the pots were damaged. Customer service responded immediately and offered a refund. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is not being offered a replacement planter but I would still recommend using them for great products & fab staff.

I have visited Boma on 2 separate…
I have visited Boma on 2 separate occasions and each time was a pleasure. Not only do they have a large and lovely supply of healthy plants but the staff are lovely too. I also did a web order and the driver was so helpful. When I visited on Saturday (3/6/23), I got carried away and so asked if they could deliver and was told that I could have delivery that very day! I asked if it could be done before 4pm as I was going out and they said we'll put a note on for the driver and he'll call if he can't get there. He arrived at 3.45pm and was also very helpful. I am so impressed with Boma staff and their customer service and how they look after the plants and the helpfulness of their drivers. Well done, I shall be visiting/ordering again :0)

Speedy delivery of good quality plants
I ordered 3 large phormiums which were delivered really quickly, well packaged, and of good quality. Emails kept me updated on progress of my order along the way. Really pleased with the service, and would certainly order from Boma again.

A very swift delivery of 2 beautiful roses
I ordered 2 David Austin roses on 1st May, not only were they a good price, delivery was also included which is a real bonus living in the highlands - an increasing amount of businesses refuse to deliver north of Perth and if they do they put on heavy surcharges. Well done Boma!
My roses arrived on the 4th May extremely well packaged and in excellent condition.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Boma.

Excellent service and well packed, it was just the delivery driver who was very rude when I asked him to move it from the step in front of the door to the side I was told “do it yourself”. I was not impressed!

I cannot rate Boma Garden Centre highly enough.
I ordered two Norfolk Pine trees & the service I received was outstanding. They had to order the trees in as a special order - the whole process was faultless & the team kept me updated throughout.
I live in South Wales so placed my trust in this company to deliver a high quality product.
They did not disappoint - my beautiful trees arrived in perfect condition with sturdy packaging.
I am thrilled & immensely grateful.
If ever in London, I will ensure a visit to Boma - no hesitation in recommending this amazing garden centre & the diligent team.
