The PR campaign is something which I didn’t think was up to the mark. The social media template created was something a 6th grader can do on Canva. It is so basic and doesn’t serve the purpose at all. About the press release article. Regardless that you mentioned that instead as promised on 7 you did 13 press release, the article is identical on all the platforms. It’s like a copy paste everywhere which doesn’t make sense. We can only share 1 press release with audience as there is nothing different in the other 12 releases. It questions the authenticity of the articles. I am so unhappy with this.

What started as a '21 Poems Challenge' sometime ago, has culminated into a lasting relationship - such has been the friendly and professional manner in which the Publishing Co. responded to my queries and guided me through thick and thin. today, I am a proud author of my collection of 88 poems. I recommend young writers to navigate through the serpentine path of Publishing by having this Publication House as the 'Sarathi'.

BookLeaf Publishing has not met the contract I signed with them over a year ago. I am unable to order my own book and have lost out on multiple sales! They do not communicate. It’s the same response each time - they blame Amazon. They ignore my email requests for proof of their communication with the printer. This has been the worst experience I could have had. I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone use this publisher. I am utterly disappointed in how they handle their clients.

They are doing a phenomenal job in grooming and supporting new authors!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll keep it to highlights but bottom line: bookleaf publishing is a SCAM. I’m certain the positive reviews are generated by the company itself because all of the complaints I’m seeing are near identical. And the worst part, I can’t even access my own work. I’m locked out of my writing in their dashboard, book was never made available anywhere, never received a printed copy, they’ve stopped responding to my emails, I have no choice but to involve an attorney. This has been going on for months. I want my work returned and they don’t even respond anymore. Mind you I paid for “extras.” It’s thievery. Writing risks vulnerability on so many levels. Shame on this company for exploiting so many people.

The whole company is a fraud. The company swindles all the money of the author's earning

The customer service just keep on replying promptly but do not solve the issue.

I invested my money ,days writing and because of the technical glitch in their software the book preview is not getting generated.

I tried multiple times, mailed them multiple times but no action . Just prompt reverts of we escalated to our tech team.

It has been more than 2 months no action.

Waste of time,money and energy.

The promise of seeing my work in a book was exciting but I never knew it would only be purchasable in India and I would have no input into costs. Since publication in 2023 I have received no loyalties at all. I supposedly won an award too but never saw that. I would not recommend this company at all.

I had a highly professional and encouraging experience working with this publishing house for the publication of my book. The publication process was well-structured and transparent. I would confidently recommend this publishing house to authors seeking a reliable and author-friendly platform for their work.

I have completed my 21 days writing challenge with book leaf and honestly that was the most wonderful experience I have ever had in my life. Though it was my first time ever writing a book. I didn't suffer much as they provided me there website too where I have written my first book.

It was great to be a part of Bookleaf Publications. It was elated to feel and write and feel our touched soul and emotion transforming into a soulful book.

Firstly they do not keep their promise. They did publish my book but they did not pay my royalties. I wrote that book with a lot of dedication and I put a lot of effort into it. I trusted them because they said they would give me my royalties but here I am scammed. I contacted them several times but they never really paid me. So disappointed. I STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Publishing my book ''Ashes Unheard'' with bookleaf publishing has been a wonderful experience. The entire process- from manuscript submission to final publication-was smooth ,transparent ,and beginner-friendly.
What i appreciated most was their timely communication and the way they guided me at every step. They were supportive ,professional and always ready to answer my questions. The quality of the final book- both in terms of layout and printing, exceeded my expectations.

I submitted 21 poems under 21 days challenge to book leaf publishing for publishing them in the form of a book on their website. They helped me in selecting the cover , it's design and the format of the book . I am impressed by the way they assisted and helped me in this all . Their collection of templates and designs are great and can be selected with ease. Finally my book 'काव्य गुलदस्ता ', a collection of my poems in hindi is published on their website though it took a little more time but considering their overall service ,this hiccup can be ignored.

The platform gave me hope motivation and power to believe in my abilities. During the journey there were prompts that helped us move forward though once the script was submitted there was a long silence, a glitch that can be remedied. Thank you team for making me a writer and allowing me to share my experiences with people around me

I have recently submitted my book titled "A cobweb of diamonds". It was overall a good publishing experience... The designs were aesthetic and the website was smooth to run ... I was impressed by their writing a poem for a day for 21 days challenge... I was able to finally see my dream come true with the bookleaf publications... Wishing a more brighter future with great writers ...
I would have appreciated if the service was faster... I hope the publishing house will take this into consideration... Thank u...
