Great fast service with products that work. Definitely use again

Following a recommendation from a Youtube on lawns purchased with a discount. All i can say is excellent service, delivered within the time stated. Lawn overseeded but only days in so can't comment on the seed.

Excellent experience with Boston Seeds! The Tolerant Seed Pack arrived quickly, and delivery was great. Everything was well packaged and exactly as expected. I'm now eagerly awaiting germination, but so far I'm very happy with the service and would definitely order from them again.

The product, as usual is excellent and great value for money. The chosen method of delivery however is appalling. DX Express have never delivered on time in the ten years we have lived here. On this occasion the carrier initially failed to deliver due to our house being ‘inaccessible.’ However, Amazon and Royal Mail had no issues. Later, the ‘reason’ was due to ‘incorrect address’.
I also spent 45 minutes on the to DX customer service after which I gave up. The second day the driver eventually found us and advised that the company he worked for were awful at looking after customers!

Seed hasn't grown yet but never had a problem in the past. Easy to search site, order, pay.

Unfortunately you can't always control delivery time, so give more time for it to arrive and order early. Boston seeds should take it onboard but this review is about the product. No issues so far, everything arrived well packaged, and labelled.
Would I use again, no reason not to. As long as my grass grows, and they are competitive for price and quality I will positively promote them. Thanks.

Absolutely delighted with this 5kg bag of fast grow eco seed. I have horrendous soil in my garden and despite best efforts over the years constantly have to resort to reseeding. This is the best seed I have ever used. From scarifying down to almost bare soil to a lush sward coming through in less than 2 weeks. The germination has been absolutely faultless and very strong deeply coloured blades.Highly recommended.
