Ordering was easy enough and I went with Boston Seeds as their delivery timeframe was 24 hours. Unfortunately, the good took 78 hours to arrive

Delivering quality product next day, what else can I say.

Unfortunately Boston seeds had run out of stock of the seeds I wanted when I ordered online (& paid upfront) on Wed 9th Sept.
Boston did email me to let me know when my parcel was not delivered a couple of days later. Having then not had an update re the delayed delivery, I chased them up yesterday. I have been told today that they have received their order from their supplier today, and that I could expect it by the end of the week.
Well it's too late for the rotivation, which I had booked for earlier this week, never expecting them to have no stock at prime sowing time! So I will have to wait to sow the seeds when I receive them now, so a bit disappointing and inconvenient.

UPDATE 17 SEPT - Seeds finally arrived this morning, but I don't know when they can be sown now, will have to book this again.

Wasn't really sure what to buy as such a choice, went for the 10kg patch repair seed , great value at £49 delivered when comparing against crazy prices in the shops for 500g or 1Kg and them rarely working.
I have scarified and put down the seed, have new grass in under a week despite the best efforts of the pigeons.
Very impressed and will buy a again.

I have been using Boston Seeds for several years now.I cannot fault the products, I have used their grass seeds and lawn fertiliser and my lawn is in great condition and never looked better. The service is top notch for advice, delivery is again top notch. Cannot fault the company hence 5 star rating.

Very fast delivery and easy to use website.

I was recommended Boston Seeds by a friend and found the website easy to navigate. I ordered the Renovator grass seed hoping to bring my lawn back to life after the hot summer. Next day delivery by a friendly courier was brilliant. I would certainly use this website again.

We were looking to overseed a lawn , so asked our landscaping company who they recommended. Boston seeds were given the thumbs up. We ordered the seed and it was delivered by lunch the next day.

ordered two items, placed the order before 2pm, invoice said (for each item) 'Next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm'
Received tracking details from DHL. It wasn't until the delivery was made - next day as expected - that DHL revealed this was only part shipment, i.e. one of the two items ordered. No updates about the second item until well into the following day, (which may or may not have been prompted by an email I sent to Boston Customer Services.) The second item was subsequently delivered. So in short, the delivery didn't meet the implied service level, and the tracking info was poor. I realise this might sound like a negative review of the courier rather than the supplier, but my contract including next day delivery was with Boston Seeds not DHL.

Excellent service and the grass seed started to sprout 1 week after I put the seed out on Sept 1st after all the heavy rain had fell in my area. This was a good decision because otherwise the seed would have been washed away with the top layer of soil.
Really pleased with the way the seed is now growing creating a nice carpet of green.
