A great little car
After seeing a car at your Norwich location ,taking it for a test drive and then deciding to buy it had to be the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced.
Lilly the sales lady was exceptional. Her customer service was second to none. There was no ounce of pressure tactics and before we knew it had agreed to a price and collection date. All in the same week!.
To be fair all the staff we met at the garage were grea. Very pleasant and approachable.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back there for my next purchase.

Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Jade was brilliant, supported us through the process, answered all questions and was very accomodating on the collection/handover day given some issues with public transport.
Car is brilliant - as described/advertised and the walkround video Jade produced was also of very high quality.
Would definitely recommend Bravoauto Guildford Branch.

Love my car still!
Been meaning to write this since I brought my Audi Q3 in December 2023 from the Swindon branch. They were a great team, all really friendly (and not in a smarmy salesman way) nothing but helpful love my car.

My review for Bravoauto has been changed following the poor service and aftercare that received - below was my original review on the day that I purchased my car from Bravoauto Warrington on the 7th June:
I’ve just bought a car at Bravoauto in Warrington. I must say that Ian Brown provided excellent customer care and went above and beyond to ensure that the whole process was seamless. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately in the days following, things dramatically changed along with my experience, hence the change of rating
•7/06/2024 - car purchased
•13/06/2024 - 1st issue noticed with car getting stuck in gears. I had to be towed home by the AA and I contacted the dealership. This issue appears to be intermittent but nevertheless very dangerous.
•14/06/2024 - dealership picks up the car from my home - during this period there was much contact between the dealership and I via email and phone calls. They told me that they had road tested the car and couldn’t find a fault. I told them that I believed that it was an issue with the gearbox and had requested this to be looked at before the car would be returned to me, to which they replied that it had.
•24/06/2024 - Car returned to me
•5/07/2024 - problems arise again, this time the the gear stick is flying back into neutral whilst I’m driving, causing the car to stutter and stop in the road. I had to switch off the engine for a few minutes and start it again before I was able to put this back into gear - I contacted the dealership - I was very disappointed with their response. They said that I’ve passed the 14 day love it or swap it policy. I feel that they kept my car in the dealership to wait out this period so it would leave me in this current situation and stuck with an unreliable car which isn’t fit for purpose.
•6/07/2024 - I raised a complaint on the Bravoauto Customer complaints portal. Initially I thought that they would fully investigate the matter but they did not.
As it stands now, I have a car on an 5 year finance deal which is stuck on my driveway not fit for purpose. I am having to borrow cars from family and friends and hire cars to drive to work. In all my years as a motorist I have never experienced such disgraceful customer care as this. Avoid buying a car from this dealership at all costs.

How Dealers should be
Looking for a new car for my mum & came across Bravo Auto Norwich.
Lovely spacious & clean show room with pleasant staff.
We were looked after by Louis Rolfe who unlike most car sales people was polite approachable and very easy to get on with and explained everything we wanted to know about our chosen car.
Although new to the company Louis was an example of how sales people should be when talking to customers like my mum who are potentially going to be spending lots of money on a nearly new car.
Overall our experience at Bravo Auto was a pleasant and seamless one that ended up with a very happy mum driving away in her new car.

Firstly what exceptional service given from sales executive Ian Brown , who kept me informed at all times and went out of his way to finalise my car deal a total credit to the branch. There was no high pressured sales , and he even delivered my car to me with his colleague. I love the car and it was perfectly valeted and I was given lots of clear information on my warranty. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish with Emma, I put a deposit down to reserve a car over the phone at 10am, drove an hour and a half to Liverpool where I met with Emma, the car was on the front of the showroom clean and ready to go, I went for a test drive, loved it and by 3pm I was driving home in my new car. Easy PX service, no pushy add ons, just genuine, friendly and helpful.

Just went to look at purchasing a car…
Just went to look at purchasing a car from them paid a deposit and traveled over 200 miles on train to pick it up. Asked several times if there were any marks or dings on the car. Within minutes i could see the car had paint work on the rear bumper which was a different colour to the rear panel
When i point this out everyone knew it had a smart repair! why this wasn't pointed out or mentioned is beyond me just wasted a day and £150 train ticket if they were upfront and honest

Vauxhall Crossland
Purchased a Vauxhall Crossland from Louis at the Norwich branch, great customer service and very responsive with all questions asked and sent video of specific things I wanted to see on the vehicle.
Vehicle delivered a few days later as was on a tight schedule as sold my other car, very easy to sort out the payment and documentation.

DO NOT USE
Would not recommend using this company. I have had constant issues with them. They are very quick to sell you a car and make sure the car is available quickly but the aftercare is horrendous to say the least. I hope you have months to spare if an issue arrives after purchase as they have no interest in resolving anything. I bought a car from them last year. I found an issue with my wheel alignment and both back wheel bearings needed changed. Upon enquiring with them they sent me over to the warranty department to whom sent me back to bravoauto. It was a lot of back and forth and finger pointing to who would have to pay for the issues. After that despite was eventually decided I booked it in to a garage they approved of and got it fixed, I had to pay upfront and send the invoice over to them and they would reinburse the money. however I had to wait 3 weeks before I recieved the first payment of £300+, then when I got the other wheel bearing fixed a week later again I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for that reimbursement. I sent about 5 emails and phoned several times chasing them up but to no effect (both times) at one point I had £600+ waiting to be reimbursed. Furthermore when I exchanged my old car for the new, they did not change the ownership of my previous vehicle. Therefore I ended up paying for an additional 4 months tax for a vehicle I did not own, again similar issue I contacted them on 25th march regarding the issue and was told that It would be simple to sort and I would get reimbursed the money they cost me.....however this issue is still ongoing (6th may), frequent emails and calls have been made and again to no effect, emails are even being ignored. My question is, what if someone bought said car or went on a test drive and went 90 in a 60mph zone? Would that fine and penalty then come to my license? I am not happy at all.

Upon buying the my vehicle, great service from the sale department, follow up etc is amazing. After care, you might as well forget. Once l highlighted an issue which l was told it will be rectified, that’s when everything went down under. As we speak, l have a defective car which they are delaying to solve the issue and it’s only been 2 months. Calling the dealership is a waste of time as no hasn’t got a clue and all seems to be passing the baton to someone else.
To add insult, l spoke to one of the sales persons as l was informed to call the breakdown service even though the issue was identified by one off the counter service dealership, to add insult, l am to wait for a call within 3 days.
The above experience with this dealership is half of it, just take my experience into consideration upon buying a car from them.

Truely terrible. Bought a car for my daughter that was a disaster. Warranty meaningless....then they closed banch within 3 weeks. Avoid ....please !!
