I got a car from the crew branch and there customer service was top notch could not of asked for better. They made my partner and I feel welcome and the transaction of the car was done very smoothly and quickly

No car, no apology, no reason

Booked an appointment on Monday to test drive the car on Thursday morning at Chester. Arrived on time. After 10 mins of waiting was told the car wasn't there. No apology, no reasons, 'but we'll bring it out to the house on Friday or Saturday. I'll give you a ring this afternoon to arrange a time.' ...Friday night still waiting for a call.

Perfect place to buy a second hand car

From our initial dealings with Dave Sherwood at Warrington everything went smoothly, no pressure. When we decided to buy the car, and as it had only just come into the dealership, Dave kept us up to date with all the work that needed doing on the vehicle and sent us lots of video updates which were appreciated. The vehicle needed lots of bits doing to it which Dave sorted no problem and the car looked fabulous when we collected it. The car was a surprise for our daughter and we asked if he could deliver it to our local branch so we could leave it there until the day before which worked out brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Very pleased with the service received and the vehicle we bought .

Avoid

They sold me a nail that broke after a few months. Most branches of the garages of closed down so they won't be taking in the car you purchased under the extended warranty and good luck finding a garage that will take it to be repaired, they will find a way to get out of your warranty so
that they won't foot the bill. Don't bother reading what your warranty covers as they will more than likely not honour it anyhow. Just to help with the sale I'm pretty sure thier coughing, ill employees gave me Covid 3 days after my visit. I even said to my partner "I'm sure they've all got covid in here". My nail of a car cost me £200 to fix, the exhaust scrapes on the floor as its not the correct one for the car and there's an ants nest living in there somewhere. Forget any helpful contact either!

Our recent visit to the dealership in Towcester was great. Ryan, who looked after us was really helpful and answered all our questions. Made the whole process of buying a car very smooth, easy and enjoyable just how it should be. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

After the very minor hiccup of…

After the very minor hiccup of miscommunication about the car we wanted not being available, everything else was absolutely spot on and cannot fault the Warrington branch. Sandra was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. We were uncertain about the car we chose, so sat inside others, but went back to the original choice. The car was ready in about a week, full tank of petrol, immaculate condition, low mileage exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent experience with BravoAuto…

Excellent experience with BravoAuto Warrington.

Reserved Easter Sunday, viewed and test drove Easter Monday, took the car home on Tuesday.

Exactly how buying a car should be, fast, efficient, no heavy sales patter, just a simple process from start to finish.

Dealt with Craig, he was professional throughout and without the sales pitches just a genuinely nice person to deal with.

I would highly recommend BravoAuto Warrington.

SOLD DANGEROUS CAR/ AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Read review before you buy from them

Awful company, sold a DANGEROUS and faulty car. The car was missing wheel nut had an engine light after a few months, drive train notifications, and 3 pages worth of faults.. inchcape refuse to accept faults, adamant cars have five point check or some rubbish.. mechanics disagree. BMW also said they can give me hours and hours worth of story’s regarding bravo auto/ inchcape.. nearly a years worth of back and forth for them to offer 3k negative equity to take the car back as if I’m just giving it back because I fancy a change!! Don’t fancy my wheel coming off on the motorway or some other dangerous fault. Currently going through ombudsman which looks very positive. Warranty not worth anything do not buy it and they expect you to drive the car well over an hour to be looked as all the branches are closing down! . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO TO LEGITIMATE DEALERSHIPS INSTEAD YOULL GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND.

Very professional customer service

Very professional customer service, extremely polite, happy to help and answer questions staff. Everyone in show room did their best to finish the deal the same day, even when I showed up just 40 minutes before closing time. Bravo auto in Crewe will be my first choice, when I will be looking for next car.

Excellent service Bravoauto Chester

Took my car to bravo auto Chester today for a service. Very reasonable price and fast service. Car went straight in and just over an hour later all complete. No waiting round like some main dealers. Very polite and helpful staff also. Will definitely use again.

Excellent Customer Service at bravoauto Towcester

I was looking for my first car and narrowed it down to the one that was up for sale (used car) at bravoauto Towcester. The team was extremely active and immediately reserved the car after paying the booking fee, taking it off sale sites such as Autotrader and marking it as reserved under their website. The day before viewing, I even received a personalised video from the salesman, with a professional introduction and a quick walk-around showcase of the car in the video. Extremely professional prior-to viewing experience.

On the day of viewing, the team was extremely helpful with the test drive and documentation. The documentation procedure will take some time, but that's because the team are extremely meticulous in their work in making sure everything is done and was done correctly. The team was also extremely helpful in assisting in vehicle registration and tax registration procedures despite I was a first-time car buyer. Big thanks to bravoauto Towcester team!

Something not quite right

First experience was okay but it went downhill after that. Some issues:
1) was kept waiting for 10 days after paying deposit on the car before it was ready
2) at no time did anyone call me to update me. I had to call 100% of the time to ask for updates
3) on collection I was told there was still an outstanding fault (that had previously agreed to be fixed). Was told it would be remedied in 4-5 days. Two weeks on still not heard anything
4) rang office. Took 2 minutes for somebody to answer. The person looked into my situation and said the outstanding fault was not easily remedied. Was told it would need to be a bigger fix and that she would get back to me same day to resolve. This didn’t happen.
5) at the same time i reported a further problem with the car ( as it under warranty for four months). The salesperson told me she would get the service manager to call me to book it in. This didn’t happen.

I have a car with two issues now and time is running out to resolve it under warranty. Frustrated and not happy.

Poor

The car had only one key but we were only told this after we had paid. The sat nav does not work. Despite agreeing with the that the scratches on the rear bumper would be polished out, this did not happen. I have carried out this repair myself. The only positive thing to say is that the cappuccino was good. Oh and by the way, they promised me a full tank of petrol, which I didn't get

We were allowed to view the car without any pressure. Salesman Dave Sherwood was extremely helpful and made the buying process so easy. Would highly recommend buying a car from here.
