Great service, highly recommend
Very easy and straight forward transaction, customer service was excellent, great communication through the whole process.
Bricks arrived on scheduled delivery date and was given a 2 hour window morning of delivery.

We're sorry to hear you found some damages upon the arrival of your brick order. We take the quality of our products seriously, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Each manufacturer sets a breakage allowance across all brick products. If the amount of broken bricks exceeds 5% - 10% (the percentage varies depending on the distributor), this will result in a site visit for a brick inspection arranged by the manufacturer.
Nevertheless, Our customer support team is always here and happy to help. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the issue further.

Beware of returns costs
We ordered a lot of face bricks. When they arrived they were much lighter than the sample. I got in touch with customer service and was asked to provide pictures which I did but they were never happy with. They offered me a refund minus delivery and collection charge which was £350 each way plus a 10% (after some negotiation as they wanted to charge 15%) restocking fee.
Leaving me very much out of pocket. Just a warning to anyone who buys from them. Beware of the returns policy

According to the order confirmation, the correct bricks were delivered to you.
When we received your request for a return, we asked for more pictures to verify the condition of the packaging and bricks. Also, according to the photos you sent us, the bricks' colour was the same as the brick sample. As you weren't satisfied with our findings, the support team requested more images to continue the investigation. As you haven't provided us with any more photos, the collection of bricks was organised in accordance with your request.
The fees associated with the return of bricks were applied according to the policy. Also, as a goodwill gesture, we lowered the restocking cost to 10% for you.
Our return policy is available on our website. The refund was processed when we received the bricks back at the warehouse.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Our bricks came and the driver Corey was absolutely amazing, can’t thank him enough. He was friendly, well presented, cheerful and well mannered. He navigated a difficult delivery over a small amount of uneven surface, which got stuck, but he remained calm and continued to persevere regardless, manoeuvring the pallet of bricks to the position that we needed them on. Thanks to Ian we would gladly recommend your company again.
