We received a great experience of purchasing the bricks from Brick Wholesale. I must note that the whole team is highly-professional, starting with Sales and ending with After-purchase Customer Support. We do appreciate prompt responses, flexibility in negotiations, quick lead time and great product quality. Also, special thanks to amazing Customer Support Representative - Agnieszka Jankowska, who helped us a lot, chasing the transportation company and negotiating the refund for a late delivery. Excellent service
I was very impressed with the service overall, I was contacted within 24 hours with a delivery slot, and as promised the load arrived in good time. The only slight issue was that the pallets were delivered in a lorry with a tail lift and pump trolley which meant that it was difficult to unload the bricks to where they were to be stored - it did end up with a lot of hand balling! Overall though can't fault the service!!

Fast delivery
All went well. But delivery of bricks on a tail lift with pump truck is a bad idea. So heavy they can only be dragged off the tail lift (just about) so have to be hand moved straight away unless your lucky enough to have a large concrete area a lorry can park on.

Great service entirely
Even though bricks weren’t in stock they managed to dispatch my order within 48 hours, great service, and kerb side delivery dropped the bricks out of the way and out of site to I didn’t have to move them immediately. My 2nd time using these guys and will definitely order from them again should the need arise.
