Excellent service
After leaving an email, I received a call from the most helpful young lady
I asked for next day delivery which wasnt an option online
The young lady helped me get the delivery when i wanted, and also kept a check on when it would arrive and kept me posted regularlary
Would highly recommend as it meant i was able to complete my project on time

Super delivery and lots of info to get the right amount. All very efficient and great value

Delivery was delayed, not the end of the world but a bit annoying. The delivery drivers that they used were incredibly rude to my wife who was at the time, home alone with my 4 year old son. They tried moving pallet trucks with a tonne bag over grass, ruining the grass. Leaving a broken pallet with nails sticking up in the middle of the footpath. They way they spoke to a female was unacceptable, cocky… rude.. making out it was an inconvenience they were having to actually do there job.

Placed an order for next day delivery. Called at 4pm on delivery day to be told the lorry had broken down and would be with me by 11.30am the next day. Explained this was the 2nd time ordering from them and the 2nd time "the lorry had broken down". Spoke to customer services on the new delivery to be told the deliver would be between 12pm-1pm. Tried calling from 1pm onwards as no delivery to be completely ignored. Delivery finally turned up at 4pm. 2 days wasted with laborer's standing around waiting on materials and the job not finished in time. Will not be giving them a 3rd chance after this appalling experience that has cost me time and money!!!!

Navigating through Brisks website is easy to find what you’re looking for, ordering is quick and easy too.
Once you place your order you are kept fully updated tracking details etc. On the day of the delivery you receive emails and texts to give an ETA, which, in my experience, is essential and I must add that my order always arrives on time.

Ordered for delivery on the Friday driver failed to deliver and didn't get a response from company until the Monday this left a complete wasted weekend where I had planned to finish the garden, however the product is nothing like the advertised pictures, they were supposed to be 40 - 80 mm but most are tiny nearer 20 to 40mm they are not cleaned either and left lots of dirty scrapings that didn't look nice. The only positive thing was the price was reasonable.

Received a handy text the night before delivery. I asked for the pallet to be dropped in a specific place (using what 3 words)due to a lack of room, and when I came home it was exactly where I’d asked. This meant the driver had dragged the pallet across my rough yard to help me out. Great customer service

Paid for delivery. Sorry But attitude of delivery driver !! Paid for delivery. Cleared front garden. 3metres x 3 meters. Flat and on covered Earth. Nothing in the way. Fence down and clear But would not a dumped on road. Bang 🙄That was my afternoon gone. 4 broken. I know can use on cuts. But !!!

I email a couple time to no reply was given a discount code and they never took money off you choose a day and it never gets delivered on that day then was told another day and was delivered day before people work and can't just book 3 days off for delivery's.

Ordered black ice, no black at all wet or dry very little white. Mainly light blue and grey. Very disappointing.

The two bulk bags were dropped off at the entrance to my driveway. This blocked the entrance and cars were unable to get in or out!

Delayed delivery with palletwise, then late for the rescheduled delivery. Brisks were helpful in rectifying delivery problems. Will use again
