Shockingly poor company

Shockingly poor company. They tell you the items are in transit and 5 days later say they dont have stock. The. They keep your monies for ages. Honestly the most unreliable and dishonest company. And ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS EMAIL WITH RESPONSES AFTER 3 DAY EACH TIME. Truly awful!

Fist time purchase for 2 x 800 kg bulk bags of stone. When I checked to see how the order was going, customer service did call me back with an update. Later that day, the driver called to say that he was running late and asked if it was okay to deliver the following morning - it was better for me to be honest. The product is great - perfect size stones and just the right colour. Very happy.

Dont Bother! Worse Company to Deal With!!

Dont bother! Ordered pebbles with a 3-7 day delivery. After 10 days, I called and they said its with the corrier and will be there any day now. 5 days later I emailed them and they said we looking to send it out on Monday but one of your items is no longer available so we will refund (EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID 5 DAYS EARLIER IT WAS IN TRANSIT). Another 7 days later, I emailed again.... 3 days later a message, 'sorry, the other items are no longer available and we shall refund'. This is the worse company to deal with. Honestly, they will lead you down, lie and then fail to deliver. AVOID!

Ordered 2 bags of 40mm slate on briske…

Ordered 2 bags of 40mm slate on briske aggregates lovely picture of the slate on website when there arrived covered in Grey sediment so I laid the slate then pressure washed the slate to clean the sediment off
When done this exposed the slate left brown stains that can not be removed
When contacted briske replied with email saying can't get a refund
This is left me with no alternative to claim the full amount back through small claims court

Terrible service

Terrible service . I ordered a large of bag of pink chippings for a landscaping project. There was 1 pink stone and the rest was grey and black. I complained and they just sent me the same again. If you get something wrong , you expect some care to be taken to put it right . It took three weeks to get the pallet picked up and a refund . There was no attempt to put the situation right .

7 days Late delivery than what was…

7 days Late delivery than what was arranged. Not a single answer to 22 phone calls. Delivery finally made today but by pallet truck for 150 x 20kg cement bags on 3 pallets that could only be dropped off on the main road in front of of our accessible driveway by the tail lift. Unhelpful and snarky comments when I called and they miraculously answered regarding our situation. I would not recommend. Far too stressful an experience and unprofessional service. Don’t be fooled by their slightly lower prices, it’s really really not worth it

Got a bit concerned when they called me on the day of delivery to say they couldn’t make it however after a good chat they found a solution and delivered it as ordered. Guy who delivered was excellent, really helpful. Would defo boy again

If i could give zero i would. Ordered porcelain paving didnt arrive, emailed and rang numerous times goes to voicemail full, rang sister company who tried to put me through but went to voicemail full. Absolute disgrace, its over a month since i put order in, website is 2026 so some lucky people may have received goods otherwise proceed ordering with caution, many bad reviews for this company

Not enough characters allowed to tell you the whole sorry story. Avoid, much more professional companies out there. Summary lack of communication, lack of tracking, lack of tiles I ordered , lack of any interest to help, lack of transparency, lack of ease getting a refund or remuneration , lack of call backs , overall just lacking

DO NOT USE

Ordered and was given time slot so had customer sort out driveway and i sorted labour only to be emailed the afternoon before it was due tell me it will not be for another 4 days and then when it was delivered bag was split and driver could not drop on driveway (with a dropped curb) paid £40 more for a XL bag but just the same as normal bulk bag worst ever supplier i have delt with in 30 years

Eish! Not good!!

I ordered 2 big deliveries on a Sunday evening for the following Wednesday delivery. From reading the ‘what happens next’ email that was sent I was due to receive a text on the morning of delivery. Nothing came! I chased and finally received a reply saying it’s been delayed. And that my delivery would now be split in two, with one due to come on Monday (bank holiday - when I asked is this guaranteed they said ‘bank holiday didn’t cross my mind’).
I had taken an unpaid day of leave to receive this delivery! I was told it would come the following day (Thursday). I had to take another unpaid day of leave, and again had no text/email to say the ETA of my delivery. It didn’t turn up again and I was told it would come the following day! One of my deliveries finally came on Friday - the quality was good and the delivery guy was lovely! Couldn’t fault him!

But now I’m still waiting for my other delivery, I’ve lost two days of work with no further information of when my next delivery would be coming!!

So although the quality of bark was good and the cost was fair, I don’t think I’d order from them again simply because of the lack of communication and the very unorganised delivery schedules!

DO NOT BUY FROM BRISKS

Ordered with Brisks on the 8th April and selected delivery for the 30th April. Heard absolutely nothing from them, no contact, telephone goes to full mailbox, don’t respond to social media or email…

Contacted their parent company who forwarded me to someone at Brisks who advised it would be delivered before 10am on 1st May.

10am passes on the 1st May, nothing from Brisks, after chasing, they advise the delivery is nearby. I then finally receive contact from Haulier who advises that it wouldn’t be delivered today either and it’s not even at the depot!

Absolute shambles of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. The delivery was significantly delayed, forcing me to cancel scheduled builders and incur a cancellation fee as a result.
To make matters worse, the pebbles themselves were poor quality — the bags appeared to contain an excessive amount of white sand filler, seemingly to increase weight.
When I contacted Brisks about both the delivery delay and the product quality (2 tonnes worth), their response was simply an apology, with no attempt to resolve the issue or offer any meaningful compensation.
After following up and clearly explaining the financial impact this caused, I was offered a 2.5% discount on a future order. Frankly, this is insulting and completely inadequate given the situation.
I would not recommend ordering from Brisks. Customer care is at 0%.

Wrong item recieved

Wrong item recieved, that was cheaper than what i payed for, still styna contact customer service but no reply, no telephone number or anything. Have to contact bank for a refund

I ordered a pallet of kiln dried sand…

I ordered a pallet of kiln dried sand from Brisks on Wednesday 8th April, with delivery scheduled for 10th April. The order did not arrive on the expected date, and I received no communication whatsoever to explain the delay or provide an updated delivery date.

After multiple failed attempts to get through on their phone line, I had to email them myself, only to be told they had no stock available. The pallet eventually arrived late on 16th April, but to make matters worse, around half of the kiln dried sand was soaking wet and completely unusable.

I contacted them again regarding the issue and was told they had arranged collection of the damaged product along with a replacement delivery by 24th April. Once again, this date came and went with no communication, no collection, and no replacement.

It is now the 29th April, and they are ignoring both my calls and emails. The lack of communication, poor service, and unacceptable product quality have been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Brisks, as my experience has been nothing but delays, inconvenience, and disappointment.
