Customer service from Alicia was outstanding from start to finish. Answered all my queries and the advice offered was 100% accurate...and that is before I committed to purchase.
The delivery company and driver was excellent.
The product itself...1000kg of 20mm staffordshire pink gravel...was also excellent quality.

I ordered topsoil that was nice and black in the picture on the website...
I received RED soil full of pebbles and twigs and was told, "It is red and full of pebbles and twigs this time of year."
Basically was dumped with dirty earth, then was told 60 pounds to remove the item...

I raised an issue with the delivery of my order. Initially this wasn't dealt with very well, however, the issue was escalated to a customer service manager called Zahra who despite my mood (sorry) looked into my complaint and resolved the issue. I am happy with the products as I was with my first order Nd hopefully they will looking into the T&C issue I raised with them.

We received our polar white cobbles 40-90mm for a project we are doing in our garden. Unfortunately the cobbles arrived extremely dirty. We washed them down thoroughly but they still look stained and not the bright white as shown on the website. I have contacted Brisks and they just said to wash them down, I had already told them in my complaint that we washed them.
I would also like to mention the majority of the stones are 40mm and not a good mix of up to 90mm. We spent £456 so overall very disappointed

It would've been 5* but delivery delayed from Friday to Monday. Delivered with care right to where it was needed. Good price, good service.. will use again if/when needed!

Second time I've used Brisks now, both times arrived when required and quick and easy delivery will definitely use again.

I ordered white pebbles 1000kg advertised as being sized from 40mm -90mm, when they arrived it was clear that the stones/cobbles were not as advertised.
Most were barely 40mm. Brisks do not have a contact number. You have to email and wait for a reply. Initial call dealt with by Zarah Nation who then passed it to “Mem” in the meantime I had an incorrect order obstructing my driveway. I pointed this out to Mem who stated that maybe I thought they were too small, I said that the tape measure disagreed. This conversation took place on a Friday, I was told he could do nothing until Monday. Monday came no update. I decided to “make do” with the order, I told them he said he has arranged a courier and paid for it, I said I would not pay any extra fees for cancelled collection. Product not as described on website, no resolve or compensation. Unimpressed

As before , Omar and the rest of the team got the order and delivery done quickly and kept us updated all the way through

I ordered blue slate 20mm. The process was straightforward and the delivery fast. Excellent product at a reasonable price with acceptable delivery charge. Only discovered Brisks last week and so pleased I did.

Had to cancol order as company would not deliver onto my property.

Easy to order, competitive prices and delivered on time in the right place.
