DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. placed an order for stones for my driveway. Had everything in order and the stones were the final things to arrive. They arrived Wednesday morning and straight away they were the wrong order. We had orderd 2 bags of black basalt and what arrived was nothing like what we ordered - full of white stones with the black. We phoned up straight away and emailed to be told they ‘would be investigating it’ shock - we are now being ignored and it has cost us money as we have had to delay the final parts of our driveway. Completely incompetent customer service!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!
Failed delivery and failed communication
I placed this order in good time for a Friday delivery and stayed in all day. The order didn't arrive and to be fir to them both Brisks and Palletways phoned me to tell me this. They both promised delivery Saturday AM however my 6 calls to them Sat AM went unanswered, the aggregate never arrived and this time nobody even attempted to call me. I left phone messages and an email to Brisks but by Monday 10am, still nobody had called so I had to chase around. The email/complaint now appears to have been completely ignored. Delivery was then promised for Monday AM - so it arrived at 15:30! The result is that a project that was due to be completed in the weekend will now have to wait for at least 2 weeks till i find that time again. The icing on the cake was that the pallet delivery man broke a piece of the wide gate off on his way through which just capped off this awefull experience. I won't be ordering from them again.
Ordered a pallet of 50 bags of concrete…
Ordered a pallet of 50 bags of concrete and had confirmation by email of delivery 27/3/26. Also received a “friendly reminder” text on 26/3/26 about the delivery. The company supplies a delivery slot of 8-6. On their web-site states that you will receive a text with a delivery time. “But don’t worry if you don’t receive a text as this means that you have a afternoon slot” I tried to phone them several times to get a delivery update finally getting through at 3.00 pm to be told that the courier had lost the pallet. No communication from Brisks or the courier. So a days wasted holiday and hire of cement mixer. So no produce no communication all I am is out of pocket, Will never use again waiting for refund.
Terrible customer service as you have to dig around fir their phone number as this in not published on website. The track order through the Shop app does not work. The web site states that it has a live chat on the contact us page . This does not exist al, you have is a contact us form that they don’t bother replying to.
Caveat Emptor. Black stones are really gray. Poor customer services
I ordered 800kg of the black basalt stones as the website photos looked amazing and I wanted the contrast between white wall I have.
I washed chips (as recommended ) in bulk bag but realised they’d need to be laid to ensure they were all washed properly. After laying and washing them they looked good but as soon as they dried out they went back to grey colour.
I raised complaint to customer service but was told that as they had been laid I could not return them!
How else could I wash them?
So frustrated that website did not have a picture showing the dry and wet images of the stones. Other online retailers do.
I’d even sent a picture of the stones when I’d wet half them and the customer assistant asked me what half were the ones I bought they thought it was two different stones!
They’ve now started ignoring emails so I guess they know they are in the wrong but are not willing to make amends.
I’ve had no option but to lay rest of stones now as I can’t afford to have these removed and dumped and then replace them.
Caveat emptor
I am have being waiting over three months and still no samples!!!
I am have being waiting over three months for 2 of my 3 samples. I don’t mind paying for samples but I do definitely mind paying and they don’t turn up!!! I would appreciate someone getting in touch or refund my money.
Was meant to receive my delivery…
Was meant to receive my delivery yesterday (13.3.26) no delivery yet no email no text and no phone call ..took a day off work so I lost £130 as well ...waited all day for delivery yesterday as was meantto be here friday 23th still no contact so don't know what's happening with my delivery .... said contact us after i left this feedback which I did was told she will go see manager if I would get my delivery money back as none of this was my fault which would of been ok as it was better than nothing considering already lost £130...heard nothing back from them at all...will not be ordering from this company again as the saying goes cheapest is not always the best.

Kept informed of progress of the order
Kept informed of progress of the order. On the day of delivery driver phoned to say he couldn't get down the road due parked vehicles I explained a different route onto the road he said he would give it a go delivered ok one happy customer.
Very aggressive and invasive…
Very aggressive and invasive advertising, actually called me early morning because I had the audacity to leave am item in the basket. I didn't buy the item because the delivery and vat doubled the price.

Appalling communication and customer service
We were advised the gravel would be delivered on the Friday between 12.30 and 16.30. It was not. Furthermore there was no communication whatsoever as to why or, more importantly when it would be delivered. Nothing. We are still waiting. Appalling communication and appalling customer service.

Got email and text before the delivery time.
Had an issue which turned out to be nothing to do with this but customer service took it on and helped me with it.
Delivery driver also gave me information to solve my issue that cropped up on earlier in the day
