I chose a delivery date that worked for…
I chose a delivery date that worked for me and was given a delivery window of 8:00am–6:00pm on 8 April.
At 11:55am on the day, I received an email (not even a call) saying the delivery had been pushed back to 10 April. This is extremely poor notice, especially after asking me to keep the entire day free.
The email suggested calling them if there were any issues—but there is no contact number on their website. I then emailed customer services and received an automated reply saying they would respond within 48 hours.
Overall, very disappointing service. Poor communication, no accountability, and no easy way to speak to anyone. If deliveries were managed properly in the first place, they’d likely have fewer complaints to deal with.

EDIT:
Stones arrived today with minimal notification. Palletways delivered and they did send email and call before arrival. Brisk customer service is non-existant and 'Shop' completely useless and unnecessary. Changed rating from a 1 to a 3 as the stones are what I need and look good quality.

placed a order per m2 to then be told they don’t sell like that although on website got a delivery day that day had a message from courier with two hour time window nothing arrived !! phoned brisks just said it’s marked as out for delivery

1 failed delivery and potentially another
1 failed delivery, and looking like another failed delivery. When speaking to multiple customer service people who none of which seemed able to provide any answers as to whether it was coming or not and whether it would be coming at all. Absolute joke of a company so far, they all say they will call back and none of them do!! Is it that hard to be honest with customers. So I will now need to rearrange our landscaper again after being assured it would be delivered today when it all failed last friday. Do not order from this company, delivery service is a joke as there are no updates and no one seems to be able to give a definitive answer as to what is going on. Absolutely terrible service.

Absolutely shocking experience with Brisk.
My delivery has now been postponed twice after I was told it would arrive — not once, but multiple times. I waited in all day on two separate occasions, rearranging my schedule and even asking someone else to take time off work to help me, only to be left with no delivery and no proper update.
Over the past 48 hours, I’ve sent three emails and received no response. The only way to get any information was to chase them myself by phone — twice.
The worst part? The customer service. The person I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude throughout the call. To top it off, they hung up on me mid-conversation.
This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time.
I trusted this company and even recommended it to others. That was clearly a mistake.

The delviery didnt arrive on the scheduled day that I booked way in advance.
There was zero communicaiton on the delay and when I contacted them the order was going to take an additional 3 days.
I wasted money on builders as the product didnt arrive on time and I wasted my own time waiting for the delivery.

Ordered 10m2 of limestone flags off the website and cancelled the order the day before delivery now I'm stuck with no flags and I had booked the delivery day off work. Awful business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. placed an order for stones for my driveway. Had everything in order and the stones were the final things to arrive. They arrived Wednesday morning and straight away they were the wrong order. We had orderd 2 bags of black basalt and what arrived was nothing like what we ordered - full of white stones with the black. We phoned up straight away and emailed to be told they ‘would be investigating it’ shock - we are now being ignored and it has cost us money as we have had to delay the final parts of our driveway. Completely incompetent customer service!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!
