Its customer service has no manner in…
Its customer service has no manner in taking customer concern seriously or respond to it. Their contracted driver dumped a 800kg good on the busy road verge at a dangerous bend rather than our driveway. Their contracted driver did not bother to ring the bell to let us know what he is doing. He just dumped it with potential to cause accident. Despite repeated request to delivery driver and Brisk customer service dept for him to come back and move the very heavy delivery to a safer location and on our driveway there was zero response from them. This is despicable.

40mm Plumb slate…
No issues with the product (40mm plumb slate). Delivery confirmation times were a little problematic, although the driver who delivered was very polite & helpful. It would just be useful to be given a time slot first thing in the morning.

I previusly had two bags of blue slate…
I previusly had two bags of blue slate 40mm. The last bag i had delivered was biger stones and a diferent couler should have been the same.. Did not mach my previous order.

Brilliant Customer Service and product
Every time I have used Brisks they have been brilliant on customer service, information and product. This time they excelled the usual service and in particular Zahra in customer service who dealt with an issue efficiently and effectively and communicated excellently all the way through. After leaving an email, I received a call from the most helpful young lady
I asked for next day delivery which wasnt an option online
The young lady helped me get the delivery when i wanted, and also kept a check on when it would arrive and kept me posted regularlary
Would highly recommend as it meant i was able to complete my project on time

Delivery drivers were rude and more than unhelpful.
Delivery was delayed, not the end of the world but a bit annoying. The delivery drivers that they used were incredibly rude to my wife who was at the time, home alone with my 4 year old son. They tried moving pallet trucks with a tonne bag over grass, ruining the grass. Leaving a broken pallet with nails sticking up in the middle of the footpath. They way they spoke to a female was unacceptable, cocky… rude.. making out it was an inconvenience they were having to actually do there job.
