I completed my first house sale with British Homesellers on Friday last week and from start to finish the whole team I dealt with namely - Jodie, Alex & Charles were absolutely amazing .
All professional , friendly , supportive and helped a complete novice understand every step of the way!

British Homesellers were professional throughout the process of buying the property we wanted. They were supportive towards us as well as the sellers with excellent communication verbally and written. Thank you Alex in working with us. You made it all happen.

From the day I spotted my perfect property, British Home Sellers has provided excellent service. From organising the viewing to completion. I was outbid on a property that I really wanted. A few weeks later Alex Clendon phoned me to say that the original purchasers had pulled out. I made another bid which was accepted. Alex was my point of contact throughout the purchasing process. He replies speedily to all enquiries, is very professional, cheerful and resolves all quiries without fuss. He kept me updated regulary at each stage of the process. He has contacted me since the purchase was completed to see if all is well. I cannot recommend Alex and British Home sellers highly enough. I would definitely use them again and would like to thank them for making the process run smoothly.

It took a little while for someone to get back to me on my initial enquiry however once I was dealing with the sales negotiator Alex this was an easy and pleasant process. I felt a little uncomfortable with the holding deposit as it was the first time I had dealt with this especially as it is not a legal requirement or binding.I did also feel that there was little to no follow up once the sale was agreed through to completion which was at times frustrating. However we do feel that overall they did a good job working with the uk system of buying/ selling which we feel needs updating.

Very big on promises but delivers nothing but lies. They phoned to to give feedback after a viewing so I listened to what this supposed viewer had to say. Hmm weird how they give feedback when they never bothered to show up. Supposed to have buyers waiting to buy your property but alas no one appeared.
I think they are just chancers hoping someone will come along and buy your property after all we were paying 2k more to these for a quick sale.
If you are selling your property take my advice and do not use these.

I noticed British home sellers have flagged this review has harmful or illegal content. British home sellers obviously do not like the truth!! This was my true opinion of my awful experience!!!

I could not speak more highly about British Homessellers and especially Charles and Robert.
The dauting experience being a first-time buyer was made all the more easier with the experience and exceptional negotiation skills of British Homelsellers, Charles and Robert.
I don't usually leave reviews, but for anyone that is starting their home ownership journey I would genuinely recommend the services of Charles, Robert and the company.

I found Robert Love very professional, always responding clearly and on a timely basis. Made the buying process run smoothly, I would highly recommend British Homesellers.

Robert was very helpful and responded very promptly.

I had a really positive experience with British Homesellers. I was a bit nervous about buying from an online agent, but from the very start of requesting a viewing on Rightmove, to completing the sale, they were brilliant. Always contactable, returned emails quickly, and I knew exactly what was happening at every stage. Really impressed, would definitely use them to sell my house if I move on in future.

Gave the team a specific criteria when selling my house, they failed to vet potential buyers which resulted in a disappointed buyer and a disappointed seller (me). I sacked them for their incompetence, so no fee for them, everyone lost out.

I had a very pleasant experience with British Homesellers. It was the first time I had purchased a property myself and they made it a very smooth purchase. Communication throughout the sale was great and Alex Clendon answered any queries I had and kept me up to date. When the sale was completed Charles Gale called to congratulate me the following day and arranged for my deposit to be returned which arrived in my bank account shortly afterwards.

Charles Gale was incredibly generous with his time and helpful when an already complicated house purchase was delayed by the conveyancer's technology problems at the last minute. He also mediated between us and the seller when progress had stalled due to mortgage lender's requirements.

Could not have stayed afloat without him, contact was always prompt and friendly.

We gave these guys a go after failing to sell through a traditional agent and within a couple of weeks we had a good offer. Can't really fault the team- Robert, Charles and Hannah were great with friendly communication and keeping us updated

We turned to British Homesellers after we had tried to sell our flat unsuccessfully with a conventional estate agent. The whole team were helpful from the outset, waiting for us to be ready, reassuring us they could and would sell our flat, and their proactive approach was refreshing. Our circumstances were unusual as we were selling from overseas, but they made it work for us by arranging viewings in a concentrated time period, which resulted in three above-asking-price offers very quickly. We have now successfully sold, which proved to be quite lengthy, but Charles and Alex provided support and encouragement all the way. Even now after the event, Charles is still helping us with related issues. Exceptional customer service.
