I dont what i expected

I dont what i expected, but to be honest with you its not worth the money i went up to floor 153 and it was just an empty boring old view staff arent very helpful ands its safe to say its an expierence that i wont be doing again.

Burj Khalifa PLATINUM Floors 152, 153, 154.
VISIT THE WEBSITE GO TO EXPERIENCES AND CHOOSE PLATINUM, to see what you SHOULD get, then prepare for something totally DIFFERENT.
If you want to get to the highest floors then that is what you will get, and it is a great experience.
The lifts are super fast, but you will be squeezed in having to breath in turn. The FAST TRACK SYSTEM, everyone uses it no matter which experience they have chosen. You will be lucky to get a seat to drink your champagne and eat your canapes at. you will see children in the seats while parent walk around leaving their belongings on other seats. some people asleep in the seats, THEY WILL STAY IN THE SEATS FOR HOURS.
If you visit the lower floors on your way down 124 125 148 you may regret it. When you leave those floors there are 2 queues in a circle around the lifts ONE IS FAST TRACK. Both queues are used by EVERYONE!
On our visit there were over "100 PEOPLE" in each queue.
You will be on top of the world, but at a price above the price you pay for it.
It is very poorly managed and NOT THE LUXURY VIP EXPERIENCE they advertise.
Not worth the platinum price.

Keine Tickets vorab kaufen

Wir hatten Fast track Tickets für den 154 Stock.
Das Gebäude wurde an diesem Tag evakuiert und geschlossen. Es war nicht möglich den Besuch durchzuführen und trotzdem bekommen wir keine Rückzahlung, weil das halt so in den AGB steht. So macht man da also Geschäfte.

Cancelamento e pedido de reembolso

Venho por meio desta manifestar minha insatisfação com a demora e a falta de solução em relação ao pedido de reembolso referente ao cancelamento da minha reserva para visita ao Burj Khalifa.

O cancelamento foi solicitado por motivo de força maior, diante de toda a situação recente que vem ocorrendo nos Emirados Árabes Unidos, o que tornou a viagem insegura e inviável para mim neste momento. Por essa razão, precisei cancelar toda a viagem, incluindo passeios, hotéis e passagens.

Ressalto que todas as demais empresas envolvidas na viagem compreenderam a situação e realizaram os cancelamentos com os respectivos reembolsos, demonstrando bom senso diante das circunstâncias excepcionais. No entanto, até o momento, estou enfrentando grande dificuldade com a empresa responsável pela reserva do Burj Khalifa, que ainda não efetuou o reembolso solicitado.

Diante disso, solicito urgência na análise e na realização do reembolso, considerando que o cancelamento ocorreu por motivo de força maior e que a solicitação já foi feita há algum tempo sem a devida solução.

Aguardo uma posição concreta e a resolução definitiva deste problema o mais breve possível

Ok so all flights were cancelled to Dubai and that was out of the control of the Burj Kalifa but I expect at least a reply to my email about getting a refund to ticket bookings for 4 people but nothing… 3 emails sent and not 1 reply!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Burj Khalifa

We arrived at 17:00 as instructed for our 17:30 time slot. However, despite having pre-booked tickets, we were forced to stand in line for nearly two hours together with our two small children. The crowd management was extremely poor. It was evident that far more tickets had been sold than the facility could reasonably handle.
There appeared to be only three elevators operating, each taking approximately 15 people at a time, while hundreds of visitors were waiting. This resulted in a chaotic and exhausting experience, especially for families with young children.
We had specifically chosen the 17:30 time slot in order to experience the view in daylight, at sunset, and after dark. Due to the excessive waiting time, this plan was completely ruined.
When we finally reached the observation deck, it was uncomfortably overcrowded. Every window was surrounded by large groups of people, making it impossible to calmly enjoy the view. The atmosphere felt unsafe and overwhelming. Even the queue to go back down was extremely long. After only about 30 minutes, we decided to leave because our children were exhausted, hungry, and complaining that they could barely breathe due to the density of the crowd.
After returning downstairs, I asked to speak with a manager regarding our experience. I was told to wait. After standing there for 10 minutes without assistance — while my husband and tired children were waiting outside — I was informed it could take even longer. At that point, we had no choice but to leave.
This experience felt highly disorganized and far below the standard one would expect from a world-famous landmark. We feel that too many tickets were sold without proper capacity control, resulting in what can only be described as a very disappointing and stressful experience.
Our visit to the world’s tallest building was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it became one of the most unpleasant experiences. We feel that the time and money we invested were not justified by the service delivered.

I found the experience exhilarating

I found the experience exhilarating. I don't get all these bad reviews. The elevator alone is worth the trip. If you buy tickets beforehand, there are no lines. On a clear day, you can see all Dubai and there are multiple view points. It's also a very good experience for the kids (if it's hot outside). I probably won't go 2nd time, but you must visit at least once during the lifetime!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Like many others I agree with, there is NO customer service and the time slots mean NOTHING! took well over three hours just to get to the lift. Was supposed to be heading up at 4:30 to get the sunset. Long gone. At the top it’s underwhelming with dirty windows and overpriced souvenirs and awful food. Don’t waste your money and time here. The most frustrating tourist experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.

Paid for the View, Got Dust and Endless Lines Instead 🤦‍♂️

Visited Burj Khalifa expecting insane views, left annoyed and disappointed

Let’s be real, this place is way too overcrowded and badly managed.
The queue is painfully long, and there’s no clear system or control anywhere.
You get a time slot on the ticket, but it honestly feels completely useless.
They keep selling tickets no matter how full it already is inside.
It feels like the only focus is making money, not the visitor experience at all.

After waiting almost two hours just to go up, the excitement is already gone.
Then you reach the top and see dust all over the glass from the outside.
No fingerprints, just dusty glass killing what should be a premium view.
You wait forever, pay a premium price, and still don’t get a clear view.
That alone gives total scam vibes for what they charge.

Going down is another long wait, almost the same time as going up.
Around four hours wasted mostly standing in lines, not enjoying anything.
If they can’t manage this crowd, why keep selling more tickets?
What’s the point of time slots if they never actually follow them?

I genuinely loved the management at Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia.
They should seriously learn from how it’s done there.

Would you still call this worth it, or is it just an overrated tourist trap now?

A nighmare

A nighmare! Tickets bought on line with a time slot do not advise that there is no order for admission. We waited 2 hours after our time slot. No air condition, no place to sit, no place to buy water. A completely loss of money ( a ticket cost 256 aed). If we knew this is what we would expect to receive we would not buy tickets on line .

Esperienza complessivamente estremamente deludente, costosa e senza senso. Sconsiglierei la visita a chi non è disposto ad affrontare lunghe attese: nel nostro caso la coda è durata tre ore. Una volta arrivati in cima, la vista è risultata limitata dalla presenza di vetri sporchi, rendendo l’esperienza meno piacevole di quanto ci si aspetterebbe.

L’intera attività tortura ha occupato mezza giornata di vacanza, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo che personalmente trovo estremamente scadente. Abbiamo avuto panorami migliori da terrazze di hotel e ristoranti, senza dover restare in piedi per ore in ambienti affollati e poco confortevoli.

EXTREMELY Disappointed
Purchased best premium tickets (at considerable cost,) for Burg Khalifa "At the Top" tower visit, hoping for an amazing experience.
Very sadly this experience did NOT live up to expectations in any way...
Apart from usual feedback about ridiculously l-o-n-g queues, their stifilingly hot, unhealthy, crowded conditions were almost unbearable the
top lounge was not worth extra expense. Neither were the other levels.
Staff were professional, efficient and friendly, thankfully, which helped lift our spirits.
The worst thing was that all viewing windows were SO DIRTY that our 'picturesque views' were dreadfully unclear, let alone taking good photos! And it was beautiful clear weather outside!
Management should get their act together and at least have drones clean windows more regularly so that Dubai people can really be proud of this amazing icon and not be embarrassed!
Lots of other improvements needed too... people reported that this whole experience is seldom better in off peak times too!
Management should be conscientiously proactive in responding to all feedback.
Maybe try being regular tourists on different days, and really see what this experience is like now, first hand, then be considerate and professional enough to improve this for everyone!
ONLY THEN will this be rated world class!!!

What is the point of giving a time slot…

What is the point of giving a time slot on the ticket when there is no such thing in reality.. 4 hours just to take an elevator.. and another 1 hour to come back down.. Pathetic.. Dubai has managed to create world level attractions, but ruined it's charm with mismanagement.. traffic is bad.. no driving sense.. no VAT bills by 90% of the shops.. no proper ques at attractions.. over issuing of tickets.. desert safari has put a diamond of shame on the crown.. worst food quality.. it's better not serve.. (kindly don't treat the tourists like cattle).. Dubai still lacks the customer service and proper management what European countries or asian countries like Singapore and Malaysia had achieve.. Long way to go.. i still say, avoid going up to the building.. enjoy the building from outside in evening from outside with light and sound show along with fountain show.. the deck (124 / 148 the floor) can be avoided.. instead use that money in nice restaurants with burj khalifa view..
