Their Slot booking is a scam they always overbook you have to stand in long queues and there is no facility to sit down..... Absolutely horrible experience.... Hopeless crowd management

2.5 hours wait to go up to the viewing gallery. It was rather pointless booking a certain time when you still have to queue for hours. The views from the top are nice however, you can get those from other buildings. not worth the visit ...

Wartezeit ca. 60 bis 70 Minuten trotz Ticket. Die Menschen werden in die Aufzüge "gestopft" anders kann man es leider nicht sagen. Keinerlei Sitzmöglichkeiten, verschmutzte Fensterscheiben, sodass die Sicht beeinträchtigt wird. Insgesamt nicht für diese Anzahl von Menschen ausgelegt, da gibt es weitaus bessere hohe Gebäude mit Ausblick auf der Welt!

По принцип преди да посетим забележителност, винаги чета мнения, но понеже сме биили с мъжа ми тук, точно преди 10г. И изживяването беше прекрасно. Решихме да заведем и нашата 8 г. дъщеря. Беше кошмар, тълпи от хора, които се бутаха. Организацията бе много зле. Опаши, чакане...Набутаха ни в един асансьор толкова много хора, не можеше да се диша. Ами ако станеше авария с асансьора.... Единственото ни желание беше да слезем от там. Но това се оказа мисия невъзможна...чакахме поне 20мин на огромна опашка, на която не й се виждаше края, за да слезем, след което дойде един от служителите и част от тълпата и прехвърли на 125, уж да ускори процеса ...Там имаше само един асансьор. Беше кошмар! Загубихме 6 часа! Никога повече! Похарчени си парите в някой ресторант.

I love views from the top and therefore I booked for the 5:30pm slot and paid a higher price. I gave myself 2 hours and queued at 3:30pm. Due to the number of people in the queue, I got to the top past 6:30pm when it was pitch dark. I do not understand why they charged me more for the 5:30pm slot when they cannot guarantee me getting that time slot, not because of the number of people queuing but because they continued to sell to people with no prior reservation even though there were already a massive amount of people who had reservations already. This is just pure greed! They should just charge one price and let the people make their own plan to get to their preferred slot. Why charge more when you cannot even deliver the higher-priced slot because you continued to sell to people with no prior reservation? So my advice to people, just pay for the lowest price and then check on that day what the queue situation is, then you can decide how many hours in advance you have to queue to get to the time slot you wanted!!!

Die Wartezeit trotz einem Ticket mit einem festen Timeslot waren 90 Minuten! Die Wartezeit für die Abfahrt nochmal 60 Minuten! Es herrschte völliges, weil einfach zuviele Tickets zur gleichen Zeit verkauft wurden! Einmal und nicht wieder!

Overpriced, crazy long queues you don’t know about until you are stuck in the middle of one - we waited over an hour and a half to get up. View is nothing special.
They sell way too many tickets and can’t accommodate the numbers so the experience is awful.

We arrived 1.5 hours early and still had to wait over 4 hours. We paid extra for a specific sunset slot and it was already night when we went up. NOT WORTH IT DURING PEAK SEASON, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SAFTEY.

Visiting the Burj Khalifa was a highly overrated and frustrating experience. The site is severely overbooked, with endless queues that stretch for hours. We had to endure at least two hours of standing in line, which completely ruined the excitement of visiting such an iconic landmark.

To make matters worse, the waiting areas were overcrowded and poorly ventilated. The heat was unbearable most of the time, adding to the discomfort of an already tiresome wait. Once we finally reached the observation deck, it was so packed with people that enjoying the view or taking photos was nearly impossible.

This is not the premium experience you’d expect from such a renowned destination. For the steep price of admission, better crowd management and visitor comfort should be a priority. Unfortunately, the reality is far from the glamorous image portrayed in advertisements. Save your time and money; there are plenty of other attractions in Dubai that are far more enjoyable.

Definitely the worst experience had from long time. We waited for 3 hours on a queue for the lifts to go up to the top and 2 more to return back down.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THE TOP

We had definitely the worst experience ever on our trip to the Burj Khalifa. We paid extra to go at peak time for the sunset and our time slot was 5pm. We started queueing at 4:30 and we were still queueing at 6:40. It was severely overbooked, very hot no air con, no water stations, no seating and barely any toilets available for the queue time. Staff were rude, didn’t care, rammed people into the lifts like cattle. We had to beg them not to ram any more into the lift we were in because it was so packed full. NOT organised what so ever. No care for customers AT ALL. A complete money making scam. We paid £58 each for 8 of us. Absolutely awful experience. Over 2 hour queue to get up there.. then 1.5 hour queue to get the elevator down to get out. Ruined our last night. We missed our dinner reservation. People were screaming and crying and trying to jump the queue to get into the elevator. Grown adults crying and begging to be let into the elevator to get out of the building. It was scary to think what would happen if there was an emergency. Completely disgusted by the whole thing. Don’t EVER GO THERE!!!! Please do yourselves a favor and save the trauma it really was the worst experience ever.

Stunning building everyone should have seen at least once. In my eyes it marks/proofs what mankind can achieve it working together being visionary and creative instead if fighting/killing each other. There is so much more to achieve. If only we knew…

One of the most beautiful experiences when I visited the Burj Khalifa, but the prices remain expensive. The site is easy to use and booking is simple

Burj Khalifa has fantsatic views over Dubai and the surrounding areas BUT the queues are horrendous (over an hour to get down, even longer to get up); it's quite difficult to find the way to the entrance - as you walk through the mall there are a number of signs but then they disappear - we had to ask someone in a shop how to find it.
BEWARE the tourist shops at the top - I bought my wife a 'memodigi' fridge magnet (75 UAD, about £15) that's supposed to hold and display 32gb of photos but when we got home and read the website it seems that you need a subscription to an Amazon cloud account (from memodigi). There was no mention of this when we bought the device and it's not mentioned on the packaging, the salesgirl was insistent that the device had 32gb of memory.
The website doesn't give any prices for the subscription. Their email address on their website doesn't exist so it's just a con. I'll be raising a complaint with the Dubai tourist police and the Burj Khalifa management.

My birthday trip at the Burj Khalifa,
I recommend having dinner on the third floor, book a table for a special occasion, but really you don’t have to dress up, when you get to the mall your just another customer, as you can see by the photos I had a beautiful long sparkly dress and shoes to match, the walk was so far my shoes killed me, in the end I went barefoot through the mall which I never do, one really good thing the floors are really clean because for all the walking, I did it my feet were not dirty, dusty, but not dirty, so this is a shout out to the cleaners the floors are fantastic. The queues are the lines of people and the walks were so far we thought we were going to give up. If it wasn’t the fact it was my birthday we would’ve left but we paid to have a meal and to celebrate my special day You need to take a cardigan as it can be quite windy and they don’t supply blankets or jackets so if you get a windy evening you could freeze.

I had a beautiful dress, but no jacket I ended up using serviettes to put around my shoulder’s , the food I would give 7 out of 10, the organisation is somewhat to be desired, how many bad reviews about the organisation does it take for someone to put this correct maybe you should get in touch with the shard in London they’ve got it to a T.

I nearly gave up but for the lovely man in the photo I’m standing with he left his station to show us where to go. We could have never found it on our own. I asked 4 different members of staff where is the Restaurant and they keep saying straight up there.

The queues were ridiculous and I really thought when you book a table you go to your table Get seated and enjoy it, honestly it wasn’t quite like that, I can honestly say I could’ve done without going up to the 124 floor.

You were to high up to see anything. The third floor was so much better.

You could hear and see the dancing fountains, which I’ve Got to be honest are absolutely amazing. The building itself was stunning, It reminds me of a pencil, on par with the shard in London both stunning, the Burj building is much better in Dubai, the architecture amazing it’s the tallest building in the world and to think that I’ve stood looking at it and been in it, to me its absolutely amazing, but the organisation is far better in London.

The shard you feel like you’re a person they care and the staff are attentive, at the Burj your in a tourist trap your ushered from one place to the next. Don’t have your photo taken it’s so expensive, the queues are mad, The Burj Khalifa I was just another customer being ushered in and out it’s very touristy I suppose you’ve got to do it and I’ve done it. Would I do it again No, not the viewing station it really wasn’t worth my time.

I would have a meal. yes it’s not cheap but if it’s a special day you want to enjoy it x

A Special thank you to the guy in the picture who was brilliant. I had got to the end of my tether to be honest and I did say to him it’s my birthday and I feel like it’s been ruined we have been ushered from floor to floor lift, to lift and not getting anywhere fast, he was absolutely amazing so thank you again. I hope you read this he was attentive, it is a tourist trap being guided from one place to the next.

Wir hatten die Lounge 152 - 154 Stock gebucht. Irrsinnspreis - aber kein anstehen für die Tickets, jede Menge Platz, Häppchen, freundliches Personal welches gerne auch Fotos für uns machte und das sehr geduldig. War unvergesslich. Die günstigeren Tickets sind wohl mit teils langen Wartezeiten und kurzer Verweildauer verbunden und sahen nach Massenabfertigung aus.
