Nice to visit at the world tallest building, Burj Khalifa, the wonder of the world.

Worst experience ever, very very poorly managed and the staff are arrogant and rude. The price you pay and come out with a feeling of stressed out standing for an hour in the queue, its really not worth it.

A nice experience but organization is very poor.
We decided to visit the Burj Kalifa during afternoon time and we booked our tickets upfront online.
When arriving at the entrance, the lines for the online tickets’ owners were not clearly identified and it was very confusing.
Up to the sky visit at floor 148, the lounge was way too many people, without any sitting facilities for all and it’s quite an unpleasant situation as we couldn’t enjoy the view or relax.
The staff wasn’t helpful and they are just trying selling whatever they can.
Same messy organization to descend from the top as you need to mandatory pass from floor 125 and 124 where there are the photo booths and the gadget area.
The only good thing is the view from the top (assure to visit it during a clear sunny day otherwise also the view is cloudy covered). The rest can be defined as a “tourist trap”

Horrible experience, too many people had to que for over an hour to get out, very hot, a gentleman collapsed in the que, first aid slow to respond, go to the view of the palm, much more organised, better overall experience, the Burj is a disaster waiting to happen, wish we had joined the exist que the minute we got up there, disappointed and a waste of money 2 hours of pushing and shoving, people que jumping, poor staffing, no crowd control, felt sorry for families with small children

Amazing experience , the restaurant is great and the view spectacular. Highly recommended

Incredible experience and a great place to take photos of the amazing UAE. I would recommend going early in the morning to catch the sunrise and not have to queue.

Burj khalifa is an over hyped place. What you experience is not worth the cost of one ticket. It’s overcrowded, at least when we went 2 weeks back. You may decide to only experience the Dubai fountain and nothing more. Never watch a new year eve fireworks here. I went there on 31st night as well. It’s pretty ordinary. With so much waiting time and money to be spent, what you see is only publicity of EMAAR through laser projections & hardly 10 minutes of pretty ordinary firework. The view at the palm is a much better place to experience.

Massive mistake, going up to Burj Khalif ticket desk and just buying tickets. Our own stupid fault, but think the Burj Khalif should be clearer about ticket prices. Our first day, still jet lagged, not totally familiar with money. Bought 2 tickets, then realised 759 AED was close on £200 each, £196 to be exact. At the desk there was no information about different priced tickets or options available to go to different floors; at first glance it appeared that these were the only options going. Most people had bought tickets on line for about £30/£40. This takes you up to floor 125. At ticket desk, this ticket wasn't available, only tickets were the one we bought, and a slightly cheaper one for about 650 AED. No regular price tickets on sale. Once we realised what we had done, tried to get money back to no avail. So what do you get for extra £150, about 30 more floors, a donut, cup of tea, couple of tiny sandwiches and one alcoholic drink, plus a 5 minute tour of nothing in particular. It was partly our fault but still couldn't help feeling ripped off. We were much more careful for the rest of the holiday, one tour agent informed us he could give us 3 days worth of tours for less than what we paid for the Burj! Beware!

I wish I had an option to put zero stars. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Yes the view is nice but I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The manager at the time Ahmed Ghalb was the absolute worst. He was disrespectful and rude. When we asked to speak to his supervisor, he only said her name was Dana and he cannot let us contact her. As far as the cafe. We purchased a ticket that came with coffee. Only to fine out that they no longer honored that ticket. This place is a waste of money and time from your vacation. The manager again was awful to us and the staff at the ground floor Cafe was also just as rude and unkind. MY WIFE AND I WILL NEVER EVER come back here and will advise our family and friends to do the same. I will warn as many people as I can to save your money and skip this unprofessional establishment.

Went ontop of the Burj Khalifa with Groupon vouchers as it was very reasonably priced. Best option in my opinion and cheaper then buying directly. The lift going up was very fast to climb 124 floors. Amazing feeling. Great view from the top. Night time with all the lights lit up was also a different view and experience.
Must visit when you are in Dubai.

Все мега круто, единственное, что меня огорчило-туман. Толком ничего не было видно. Хотя за такие деньги, должны как-то организовывать поднятие на верхний этаж в ясную погоду.
