Good shit

Good shit. I asked for a custom size that wasn’t an option in the ring I bought, and they delivered it to my description.
No complaints, though it would be nice if they stated on the website that the Ruby and Diamond and lab grown. It would just be more informal

They’re actually TH Baker, not a small business

Didn’t realise Burrells were just a name for T H Baker, I thought I was supporting a smaller business. Everything arrived as promised and was easy to buy from them, but wish I’d realised who I was shopping with rather than find out when opening the package and seeing the order sheet. For this reason I can’t give them a better score as I feel they’re a bit disingenuous

Ordered a Tissot watch online on…

Ordered a Tissot watch online on Thursday. Received an email the following day to say unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. A mistake with their website. Item discontinued. I reluctantly agreed to receive a refund. 3 days later the same item is still showing as available on their website. It allows me to put it into my basket and order it. I called to double check and was told unfortunately they don't have stock and would be updating their website. :(
Update - I received my refund the next day and product now removed from their website.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve requested more details so we can investigate this fully. The watch you ordered is, of course, now out of stock, so we will be removing it from our website.

Our standard process when an item is not in stock is to either refund or exchange the order, and once our records are updated, the product is removed from sale. Clearly, on this occasion, that process did not work as it should, and we are committed to correcting this to ensure it does not happen again.

We certainly do not want to display items we no longer have available. While this is a rare occurrence, unfortunately, due to administrative and human error, it can sometimes happen. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been for you, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused.

Check watch strap before giving it as a present.

Watch strap made smaller but not done correctly. I asked for a link to be taken out which Burrells did but they did not put the pin back in correctly on the strap. I tried contacting Burrells by email and phone but email ignored and calls never returned. I had to spend out extra money getting the strap fixed from a local jeweller which is not good enough considering the watch cost me nearly £2000. I also send photos to Burrells.
Also please be aware that 0% interest is offered all over the site but because this watch was on sale then you get a 15.9% APR. Wish I had gone with another company.
Ver disappointed and will not be buying from this company again.

Regarding your concern about the finance terms, we would like to clarify that finance agreements are managed directly through V12 Finance. While we do offer 0% interest on many items, this may not apply to sale items as per their terms. For any queries relating to your finance agreement, we recommend contacting V12 Finance directly.

Disappointed and Misled

Disappointed and Misled – Not a New Watch
I purchased a Longines DolceVita that was advertised as brand new, but what I received tells a different story. The watch arrived with visible scratches, no protective film, a very dirty strap, and the tag was missing. It’s clear this was either a used display item or a returned watch, definitely not new as advertised.

What’s more concerning is that I’ve seen other customers reporting the same issue, yet it seems nothing is being done about it. This kind of misleading advertising is unacceptable, especially for a luxury item. I expected much better.
