Winchester store. What a wonderful service from a wonderful lady who helped us choose two beautiful Breitling watches that we bought to celebrate the birth of our 1st grandchild. Beautiful packaging, nice product and good value for money.

My watch needed a service, at an extortionate cost of over £500. Upon receiving my watch back I think it had been serviced by a gorilla as the hands fell off, very professional!! When complaining I was told that there was NO recourse and it wasn't Burrells problem, no offer of refund. I would NOT recommend using this company. They will happily take your money but accept NO responsibility for poor service.
