I was transitioning from my old blundstone boots to redback work boots and the team were absolutely brilliant when I got the sizes wrong. I returned them and the new ones in the right size arrived by return. Absolutely brilliant customer service, great products at very competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality hats. I love that they make the larger brim sizes that I like for full coverage.

Great service. I had ordered the wrong size hat as I forgot to change size in selection when ordering after going back to original choice of hat after browsing. Sent it back and had replacement within three days of sending back. Can’t fault this fantastic service

Ordered some bbq fire lighters from bushgear , whilst I was informed that the ones I ordered were no longer available to get they offered me an alternative which worked just as well

Ordered a couple of hats and bits and bobs from them over the last few years. The delivery timescales and service has always been excellent. The hats are also wonderful as well.

Ordered Barmah hat in a large but on order confirmation I noticed it was ordered in small. When emailing issue it was resolved instantly and correct hat was shipped. The company noted on sizing to buy next size up as hat came out on the small size which I did with trepidation but am pleasantly surprised and over the moon that I did as size is perfect. I don’t normally leave feedback on items I buy on line but this company have been very informative , extremely prompt. Ordered on Friday 9th june and delivered on Tuesday 13th June. I would definitely be using them again in the future. Excellent service from a great online company.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a Barmah hat and the sizing was smaller than I anticipated. I contacted Bushgear to see if they could exchange for a larger size and they did this without hesitation and despatched the replacement to me on the same day that they received my return. The new hat has arrived as it is perfect

Excellent customer service. I bought a pair of redback boots and tried them out for a day. they weren't for me but i was very pleased with the customer service, i got a full refund without quibble. i would encourage anyone to deal with this company. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a pair of boots too small, after sending them back for a bigger pair I never heard of them again. So now they have the boots and my money, great service. If you live outside the UK, don't there!

Ordered 2 pairs of boots (As was unsure what size I needed). I walked 10m down a concrete road in the smaller size to decide they didn't fit. I cleaned them up and returned them. Tradewinds claimed they are in an "unsellable condition" which is absolute rubbish and won't refund me. They are just taking advantage of their return policy position and my lack of proof. Really poor service from them and I would avoid them at all costs!

Terrible customer service, or should I say non-existent customer service! Bought a pair of Redback boots, they were too small so wanted to return. They never replied to repeated emails. Contacting them is a nightmare.
So frustrating and disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend you buy from this company as there is clearly no returns policy. Shameful.

Second purchase from this website - both great experiences. Quick delivery as well. Something was missed out from the second order but replaced with no fuss and the replacement arrived promptly. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend!

The email communication was initially lacking when I tried to exchange my boots for a different size (perhaps the email addresses on your website aren’t correct?). Once they had been sent off communication was fast and the new boots arrived quickly with a free gift. I will definitely use them again!

Gavin was incredibly helpful and the service was amazing. We were sent the wrong colour as a gift and asked to swap for a different size and colour; they were posted out the day the old ones were returned without any quibbling. They didn’t charge us for the extra postage or small difference in price either - incredible. Worth supporting and will be back time and time again. Thanks to Gavin and team!

Redback zipped boots purchased, seemed very good quality, but if you want boots to wear in the wet, don’t buy these as had two wet socks after 20 min walk on pavement in the rain, construction of boot makes the tongue collect water. Bought in the good weather so just over 30 days before they got wet, asked for refund as not fit for purpose, but had no reply

Phoned up on Friday about Redback boots to check stock before ordering them online, got the confirmation then ordered by lunchtime ish then Saturday morning my boots arrived!!. You cannot get better service than that. I will be subscribing to your news letters.
