I bought a load of Prometheus Design Werx kit from Bushgear.co.uk over the weekend, on Monday I received the dispatch notification and by Tuesday afternoon I had received my shiny new kit.
As a customer, I can't ask for any more than that.

Wish I'd just bought from Amazon to be honest
The hat sizings posted on the Bushgear website are 2cm too small - easily verifiable with a tape measure. I had to return at my own cost a much too tight hat.
Incidentally other vendors of the same hats [Barmah] had the sizes listed correctly, including the manufacturer's USA website. When I pointed this out I was just told that all the other customers were happy with their (presumably wrongly-sized!) hats and further messages weren't answered.
I got my money back in the end, but it's been a bit frustrating. You want to support specialist suppliers, but in the end if their sizing information and returns policy is poor, I'd have been better off just getting it from Amazon in the first place.
