I signed up for the six copies for…
I signed up for the six copies for £14.99, in order to get the 2for1 card & free seeds. I received the magazine but nothing else. I sent an email explaining the situation, I was told the seeds would be forwarded to me but the card was on the inside cover,this I found quite patronising, as I would have seen it, having purchased the magazine last year. I sent photos of the cover & inside cover. I’m very frustrated with the response & would like the situation resolved. I want my 2for1card. I hope yo can help with this problem.

Easy to subscribe for 6mths & 1st month mag arrived on time. Must remember to cancel if don't want to automatically change to annual sub after 6ths!

First Magazine arrived a day after it came to market which is perfectly acceptable-all going well the next first 5 will be delivered at same time it which case will continue with subscription.

Check everything
You set up a subscription with them you get an email with your subscription number put it in and it comes up with nothing but they still try to take the money out your out make sure everything is set up right before they try to take money out
