So I have been playing this casino for quite a while pretty happy with it for a while until it started being like its sister Casino (HOUSEOFFUN) both by PLAYKITA, and I’ve been winning and winning. So of course, being that they are sore losers and I am not spending any money there, so they got upset and as I was playing their “ HAMSTERMANIA” game, I finally got to the MEGA win, (about $800 billion or something like that), anyways as soon as I hit that turn and was going to be awarded, guess what? The webpage suddenly reset back to their homepage, and when I went to look for “HAMSTERMANIA”, The game all of a sudden vanished off of their website. And all my other games that I come and played all of them went from minimum bet about 1 million coins up so obviously they reset me. That’s why I quit playing House of Fun because the games I used to win absolutely no wins anymore.

Little update tried to logon today. These guys know they’re guilty of pulling stuff like that on people they shut me off. My account is off every time I try and go onto the site. I haven't used this website in a couple of years because it was so bad and clearly not being regulated. So I thought I would give it another shot to see if anything was better. It's exactly the same do not waste your money if you're on it to place a lot. It will not even keep you going it'll just take your money. I've spent the last couple of hours trying to think of other times I have been treated as shabbily by a company. Well, there was that one time when I tried to rent the portable outh---no even then they made it right.

I will state that everybody and their sister knows that the casino's want people to use their apps on their smartphones to gamble. That way, you can lose all of your money no matter where you are. I will also say, I do not like gambling on a phone. I have a disability that affects eyesight and dexterity and it is too difficult. They don't seem to care because they shooed me away before I could even tell them that part.

The game times out, forcing you to log back in. Constantly. Multiple times a session. When you are playing Live Craps this is a problem. It can happen as your are placing bets, increasing bets or taking bets down. If you aren't able to log back in within 15 seconds (which you never are) you can lose a lot of money, both in actual losses and because the point was hit, before you raise or adjust your bet.

When I asked to live chat with a representative I got Betty the Bot. Betty was incapable of understanding my problem in her little bot brain. Finally I get a person, (I'm reasonably sure was real and not an AI 'what are you doing, Dave?) He stuck so closely to his script that it took me much longer than it should have for him to understand my question. "Why does the machine keep kicking me out in the middle of games?" Is there something inherently difficult in that question?

After much back and forth (typing no less because, yea! Dexterity!) he 'opened a ticket' on my behalf. Not long after that I received an email asking me to call a person directly. I'm not going to name this person because that is kind of a douche move. I explained what was happening. This person's response was "Your desktop software needs to be updated." I have the most recent version of the Mac OS, he explained. "You need to play on the app and this won't happen." Despite the certainty and audacity of that statement, I was nonplussed.

I tried to explain that I didn't want to play on the app. "It's going to keep happening unless you play on the app." Excuse me? You can't make desktop compatible software in the year of our Lord Twenty Ought Twenty Four? We sent a man to the moon fifty years ago!

"It's just how the platform is built. We can't do anything about it. You'll have to play on the app." Again. And again. Now, I want to reiterate that I have both been punished and benefited by this glitch. Sometimes when I was about to take down bets, it logged me out and I come back to find the point was made and I won. And the reverse of that is also true. While I think it's safe to say, I have lost more than I have benefitted (because it's Craps) the losses always seem bigger than the wins.

Finally I was told there was nothing I could do. They had no interest in doing anything to address this. "Play on the app. It's the only solution." Luckily for me that is not the only solution. I can play at a dozen other places where I don't ever experience this problem. When I told this to the customer service person their response was. "Okay."

This is my first time signing up and playing the casino games on, Caesars casino. I played the slots. Multiple times, Error screens kept popping up. A few times in the middle of a game, once when I was in a bonus round winning, a box popped up and said the game had timed out and I would need to log back in. Two different games I tried to play would begin to load then a box popped up saying there is an error and the game wouldn’t come up. I input a promo code when I signed up which was for $10 to sign up and 100% match on first deposit. The code said it was applied but it didn’t give me either.
