This company once provided outstanding service by delivering to our challenging location. Unfortunately, they suddenly ceased supplying our area without any warning or opportunity for a last delivery. Despite my willingness to pay extra, they flatly declined. After two decades of loyal patronage, it's surprising that this company is indifferent and content to leave us without a crucial fuel supply.

I spoke with Debbie and she was phenomenal. This is my first time needing fuel to heat my home and she was so kind, helpful, and broke down the entire process so that I knew exactly what steps to take and when to take them. I haven't even bought anything yet, but I'm definitely going to thanks to her :) Thank you!

So helpful we had a faulty tank gauge resulting in no heating or hot water.

They managed to get me a delivery with in 1 hour how amazing is that as a family we was extremely grateful for callow oils to recognise the importance of the situation.

Used to offer excellent service, delivering to our difficult to reach site. But now they have abruptly cut off supplies to our area without any notice or option to get a final delivery. I even offered to pay a premium and it was refused point blank. Having been customers for 20 years, it is astonishing that this company doesn’t care and is happy to leave us without an essential fuel supply.

Faced with an empty tank for my AGA because Watson Fuel failed to deliver my order of the 13th December, a call to Callow Oils in Hereford yesterday at just before 5.00pm saved my Xmas. The office manager Debbie in her own time, arranged an emergency delivery which was delivered at 8.00am this morning. The driver did 4 deliveries before me and went back to the depot to get my oil. I can't thank them enough, the customer service is exceptional and I will be a loyal customer from now on.

I am in disbelief at how rude the delivery driver was. The lady at Callow that I reported him to was very good on the phone though and the service was great. It is a shame that the driver is representing the company to customers in such a bad light.

I've been following oil prices since March on Boilerjuice and I was down to my last 100 litres so I had to bite the bullet. Before ordering I decided just to check with Callow on their prices and the lady quoted me £20 cheaper than Boilerjuice. The oil came the next day. Despite the very high oil prices at the moment I'm pleased with Callow.

Really poor customer service.

Rang after looking at payment options on the website which states direct debit payments are available.

Was told rather rudely that this in fact isn't the case, monthly standing order payments can be made but a delivery can't be scheduled without 3 months payment in the account first.

I don't mind that these are the terms, but this could be made clear on the website and communicated much more politely on he phone.

Given the current energy crisis, it's a real shame that smaller firms like Callow Oils aren't trying to help.
