I do mistake with my order so I buy one more bottle perfume but I want cancel my first order Nobady answer email

Placed an order. Received a torn envelope with a gift box lid and some ribbon inside and no perfumes . Sent an email to the refunds email address given on the website and got an automated "this email address is not monitored" reply. Not at all happy and now have to attempt other means to get a full refund

Well after receiving a lecture on shopping by my sister at Canary Wharf, I was in Westfields going to meet her from her home shopping duties when i was approached by a lady at Candles & Oud, ohh gosh what subtle but effective sales/customer service skills! i was impressed and the packaging was amazing, definitely worth the price, albeit my sister was not impressed but hey ho🎈

Perfect and special by naz highly recommend the fragrance is very quality and the service is extremely good. Recommend to everyone.

Naz was amazing at Candles of Oud in Westfield Stratford! He was super friendly and patient, and really helped me find the perfect fragrance without any pressure. He knows his stuff and made the whole experience enjoyable. He has amazing customer service skills we ended up buying 7 perfumes! The best sellers Night in Paris and Amber Oud. Definitely recommend asking for Naz if you pop in for a good experience!
