Fantastic product at a great price
Really pleased with my new mower

Machine arrived on time and as described. Really pleased with the kit.
Capitools kept me informed every step of the way via email.
Plan on purchasing more from them as their prices are excellent.

Ordered Friday received Monday. Mowdirect is a great company to deal with, only reason for not giving 5 stars was that no tracking email was received.

I had good service from your team, who resolved the supply shortage regarding a mower I wished to purchase quickly and effectively.

Item arrived in good time and a good price.

Bought a Lawnmower from Mow Direct, delighted with the functionallity, performance and price. So saying, my experience was let down by their delivery company who left the mower concealed just inside my front gate (pedestrian access only, rarely used) and did not bother to come to the house or leave a card through the letter box to tell me it had arrived, so many hours later I discovered they had claimed to have delivered, via the tracking site. Also the bottle of oil had been placed in the package upside down and had leaked, so with oil and heavy rain during the day not a good start.
Having aired the downsides, the telephone sales person I dealt with was on the ball and able to advise on the machine I required and answer all my questions. Capitools operatives were also very efficient when I queried what I thought was my missing delivery.
This is only day one but looking forward to this being a realiable machine for the foreseeable furture!

Ordered mower OK. No email telling me when to expect delivery bearing in mind the item was expensive. Lucky we were in the day it arrived. Got delivery confirmation email 2 days after it was delivered

Ordered Feider electric start sweeper. Took ages to come not 2/3 day delivery as stated on web site , No e mail to say had been despatched, Had to chase the order up, Finally arrived only for me to find a manual machine not an electric start, No way to contact them by phone ,waiting on reply from my e mail ,

Free delivery inside two days, easy to put together, start and use,

Haven’t used mower enough yet to review it, but Capitools were great…., other than the lack of information available from the courier.
Could be a little more specific on day & time. Monday said it was overnight service, so had to get someone to house sit on Tuesday as I had appointments but mower didn’t turn up until next day.
When it did turn up I got a call from the driver to say he was 5 minutes away which was good. And he carried it into the house for me
And don’t try to use the “live” chat on the DX delivery website. It throws out automated messages, so not live at all.

Very disappointed, before buying on line I rang for information on the item I wanted to buy, after buying it on line I get an email telling me it’s out of stock, nothing on the website said this nor did the person I spoke with!

Pleased with the speed of service. However i ordered 2 body only tools as part of a deal and only received 1 of the tools (the one that was just a bonus at the deal price) now have to wait for the tool i actually need to be delivered.. also they used dx delivery who just left the parcel on a deck chair with no email text message or even a note through the door to say it was there. Was outside all night in the rain as i didnt know it was there.. luckily it was wraped in black shrink wrap..

Excellent product delivered next day. We were missing a small part which was delivered to us the following day. Would recommend buying from Capitools.

Was not told the lawn mower was coming. Got home to find it left on the doorstep very lucky it didn't go missing ,so not very happy with the service

So far I am far from satisfied with your service. I have already emailed your customer service. Firstly, the parcel was dumped on my doorstep in a broken box. When I got it into my garage, the top plastic casing was cracked. I had also ordered the optional oil, which was not included in the parcel.

No feedback on the warranty, finding it difficult to obtain warranty!
